Adelyn Dolan chuckled and started explaining. "Our technology is high-tech. We have floating cars and motors, laserguns and international radar systems. What you just saw is the Fly Pad Design 3.5. It works with soft electric shock waves into your metal shoes. The inside of your shoe is made of not conductive fabric. It keeps your body separated from the electricity."

"That's amazing!" Jay said. "Why doesn't the world know about this?" Jimmy asked. Adelyn Dolan smiled and started explaining. "The Special Force isn't something America has made up. This special force was made in Korea. The Koreans invented the smartphones, some laser guns, high-tech cars. Everything was made underground and always was, always will be a secret from the government. They developed a secret agency for the safety of all international civilians."

She took a right turn on the edge of the street and we followed her. "If you'll go 188 years back in time, then this wasn't all a secret yet. It was free for everyone, like televisions or phones or even satellites. After the rockets were invented, they decided that all the stuff that they invented, should have kept a secret. That's how 3 families started to grow. They started to grow, make children and new generations, learned some people how to fight as warriors. And so on, and so on." She explained.

"After 64 years of secret pieces of knowledge, they started to train themselves for missions, not just for defensive care. To guarantee the safety of the civilians. They made a lot of locations underground and let people join them to make more and more children. They trained everyone until they had lots of agents. But it's never enough. There's always more to do, more people to train, more children to take in and more science to find. We even adopted 190 homeless kids. Even if you're not married, you should raise at least 2 or 3 children." She explained while walking through the centre of the underground city.

There were a lot of stores where you could buy books, clothes, guns, weapons, knives, armour, food and more. Every store had a different name but looked the same. "Are there more questions?" She asked when she stopped walking for the cafeteria. "Why are we brought here? Are we going to be agents too?" I asked. She shook her head. "You have something we want and you need something we have." She explained.

"You guys need protection and we want to use your abilities to declare the safety of the civilians of America. The murders have made a lot of damage to the cities and the average lives of the civilians." She said. "But now something else, go grab something to eat!" She said and lead us inside. "We have lots of fruit and vegetables, but also dishes with meat for the boost of energy. It's on my treat." Adelyn Dolan's bright smile surely did cheer me up.

We walked into the cafeteria. There were white, white metal tables with the same kind of chairs. There were also 8 picnic tables standing next to the wall and a lot of tables with 4 or more chairs attached to it. All of it was white and black. We walked to the big amount of food. I grabbed a plate and looked at Adelyn Dolan. "How does this work?" I asked. She walked towards me and took my plate. "What looks tasty?" She asked.

I started looking around, there were lots of salads, but also sandwiches and pasta. I pointed at the lasagna. "My favourite kind of food..." I whispered. Adelyn Dolan chuckled and slammed on the table. A robot came from behind. "What can I help you with?" Its voice was robotic but does sounds human. "A plate full of lasagna." She said.

The robot's eyes lighted up in bright blue when he or she recognized her voice. "Of course, Miss Dolan!" The robot grabbed a big knife and placed a big piece of lasagna on the plate. "There ya go! Eat up!" The robot placed the knife back after cleaning it. She gave me the plate and grabbed some leaves from the tree that was standing in the corner. "There. Some basil keeps your brain functioning and it gives a good taste." Adelyn Dolan said.

Jimmy also called for Adelyn Dolan and she gave me a knife and a fork. "Go sit with my colleague in white over there." She said. "I'll join you soon enough." I nodded and walked over to him. "Ehm, hey. Adelyn Dolan said to me I could sit here. Is that a problem?" I asked politely. The man laughed. "Don't be so formal, we're all pals here!" I placed my plate on the table and sat down next to him.

"So, what's ur name newbie?" He had a plate himself too. He had himself some pasta with extra cheese. "I'm Tariq Cote," I told him. "Nice to meet you, Cote, I'm Trainee Jonas Black. I'm in my exam year, the Golden Squad." He told me. "Seems like you're in Silver. How old are you?" "I'm 17, what about you?" He started laughing. "I'm 16. How can you be 2 years behind?" I couldn't laugh, I was so confused.

My face made him laugh even more. "Don't you know what that means?" He asked while laughing. I shook my head. "Okay, I'll explain." He said while trying to calm down. "You know primary school right? It starts at your 4th and ends at your 12th." I nodded while he continued.

"Well, after that, high school comes. Here you are 11 or 12 when you enter high school. Then you have to wear school uniforms, white suits with green stripes. First years people are those. After that you get yellow stripes, then silver, then gold. Gold is exam year and your last year. Every year is called a Squad in here." He explained. "So you have Green Squad, Yellow Squad, I'm Silver Squad and you're Golden Squad." I was more talking to myself than talking to him.

I was cutting my food and slowly eating it while I was listening to him. "Every year has new techniques with fighting, training, and shooting. Also, we've got training levels and learning levels too. Sometimes your fighting skills are way better, then you get a green or yellow stripe extra. If you're better at learning or leading, you're getting a small stripe extra in between your usual stripes. Like that, we can see the difference between people and we won't have to judge."
