The couch was moved, and in the middle of the living room were petals that spelled out the words "Marry me?." I could feel my heart drop,turning around to see Derek down on one knee holding a ring.

"I'm sorry that I turned down your proposal which I honestly wasn't expecting." He giggled softly and continued. "I never saw myself becoming a husband to anyone,I had just always been focused on my music career,not thinking about it. Ever since I met you,I told myself,that you were the one I was going to have a future with,have a family with,take care of on your sickly day,be there for you. I could go on forever but we'd probably be old and grey by then. I love you more than anything, and will do anything for. Kortney Maloley, will you do me the honors to becoming my wife?" He spoke, his voice all shakily .

I couldn't believe this was happening to me. This couldn't be real, it just couldn't be, me marrying the love of my life ?.

I blinked a few times as a few tears fell down my cheeks, I nodded my head lunging into his arms laughing with excitement. He placed his lips on mine and pulled away. "I love you" "I love you too." He smiled widely,placing the ring on my finger, into another passionate kiss .

I was officially apart of the Luh Family .

I know that sucked 😅. And I'm sorry for lacking on all my books, I have 3 months left until I graduate my senior year and it's been keeping me distracted.
