Chapter 2

"BROOKKKK SWEETIE IM SO SORRY"!
The familiar person said.
"Um can someone tell me what's happening"? I asked.
3 police officers were standing across from me and the person who I don't exactly know.
"Come sit down. We don't have such great news". One of the police officers said.
I did as I was told. "Now can someone please tell me now"?! I asked eagerly.
"You'r parents have gotten into a car crash and didn't survive it". The police officer said.
Everything just got blank. Hearing that completely broke my heart. I'm eighteen and I lost my parents. I have no other person to take care of me I'm an only child what am I gonna do? I asked myself.
"W-what". I managed to say
"We're very sorry this happen we know how hard this must be". The familiar person said.
"W-who are y-you"? I asked the man.
"I'm your Uncle Simon". Once I heard that name it all came back I knew I knew who he was. I just wanted to cry in his arms about my parents death but I remembered what he did and it hurt so bad a bunch of anger came over me.

"I know it's been awhile since the last time you've seen me, I've been so busy".
"Your Uncle is going to take care of you. Your going to move to London to live with him". The officer said.
"WHAT! YOU LEFT US! NOW YOU WANNA TAKE CARE OF ME"! I said a little harsh.
"We'll leave you two alone". The officer said just as all three of them walked away.
"Brooke I'm sorry I left. I know your mad but I had to move for my job you know that's why I left".
"YOU LEFT MY FAMILY AND I AT THE HARDEST TIME OF OUR LIFE". I said. We'll I guess second hardest now that my parents passed away. I thought.
"I know Brooke but I didn't have a choice, I have a very important job. Do you know what I do"?
"No and I don't care". I said.
"Brooke my job is very important you know that's why I left". he said again.
"So your saying my parents and I weren't important"? I said.
"Since I left I paid for your mothers hospitals bills. When she was curing from cancer. I know I can't fix what I did but I tried to help from being so far".
"Y-your the one who paid for the hospital bills"? I asked.
"Yes. It was only between your mother,father and I because your father didn't want me to go near you around the time".
"Why didn't he want me near you"?
"He said since I was leaving I should just never come back. I thought it didn't make sense. But he said it was either you guys or the job".
"And you picked the job why am I not surprised"? I said still being a little rude but didn't care.
"I did but, it was the hardest thing I have ever done in my whole life. Brooke please believe me I want to take care of you and I love you come with me to London".
"My dad didn't even want me near you and now you wanna take his role of acting like a father to me I don't think so".
"I don't have to treat you like a daughter but I will love you like one and I will do anything to keep you safe please come with me".
"I'm only saying yes because your all I have". I said sadly.
"Thank you let's go back to your house and get your things". He said not even realizing how rude he was being.
