Thunderstorms And Horror Movies

Ryder's POV

The weather was picking up and I really wanted to spend some time with Emily, but I knew she would not be willing to go out in the rain, so that's what brought me to this moment where I'm pinning her against her locker my face inches away from hers and her looking up at me trough her eyelashes, "Do you want to go to my place and watch movies?"she looked kind of happy about my invitation, wich made my heart beat increase.

She smiled her breathtaking smile and nodded shyly, like seriously how am I supposed to NOT kiss her? But our perfect little moment was ruined when Axel the dou-" Hey pretty lady, do you want to go on a date with me?" did this idiot not get the message when I punched him in his face? "I'm sorry Axel but my boyfriend and I are going to watch movies." and with that I smirked and guided my princess out of school.

Emily POV

I quickly went to tell Connie about my plans, he was actually happy about me starting to make friends so he kissed my temple, got in his car and drove away, I walked to Ryder's car, got in and waited for him to start driving. I was a bit nervous about going to his house for the first time!

As we arrived I was amazed, he had the most magnificent house I had ever laid eyes on! He smirked at my reaction, got out of car and guided me to his front door, the inside of the house was more beautiful and surprisingly clean, the way I understood, he lives with a bunch of his friends, I made my way to the living room looking area but Ryder had other ideas. "Do you want my friends to join us?" he asked sounding irritated.

"N-no, bu-but I thought we we-were gonna watch mo-movies." he chuckled and shook his head lightly, "Babe, we are going to watch movies, just not here." I nodded and allowed him to lead me upstairs, he took me to his room! His. Room! Holy macaroni! I Emily McNally was in THE Ryder Brewer's room! He laughed at my reaction at patted the bed, for me to sit next to him.

I smiled shyly and sat next to him," So what do you wanna watch?"he tilted his head to the side and bit his lip, making me swoon," Anything you want. "he smirked and put in a HORROR movie! I do not like horrors they are soooo scary! The further we got in the movie the deeper I snuggled my head into Ryder's chest, not caring if he minded, it didn't seem like he did, as he just held me close and kissed the top of my head every now and then.

He looked out the window, "The rain is too heavy and there's a thunderstorm on the way, not sorry to say this princess, but you'll have to stay the night." Holy Mac and Cheese!!! What to do what to do! He smirked and climbed back in bed next to me, pulled me closer and kissed my cheek, I could stay like this forever... I allowed darkness to consume me, for once feeling safe as the weather outside was moody... I was save in the arms and protection of my bully...
