"Hey!" I smile sitting down next to Courtney.

"Morning, how'd the cast dinner go?"

"It was fine. I feel really bad about not going over Ricky's though, have you seen him at all today?"

"Don't you usually get rides with him?" She asked.

"Yeah but this morning Ethan picked me up."

"Girl, what the hell is going on with you two? I saw the comment on your insta. Boys catching some feels."

"Maybe talk to him?" She suggests.

"About what? Just go up and say hey Ricky I used to have a crush on you and now I'm trying to decide if I still do. Can you let me know how you feel about me so I can decide!"

Courtney eyes go wide at something behind me and I turn my head in the direction to be met with Ricky's soft eyes.

"I-uh, hi Ricky!"

"Is it true?" He asks.

Every bone in my body seemed to have turned into jello. My thoughts stirred trying to form words.

"I'll let you two be," Courtney said awkwardly moving herself out of the room.

"Ricky I-"
