Valentine

Year 11 students joe and dianne were friends. They weren't best friends but they did hang out with each other sometimes. It was February 13th and it was the day Beofre valentines day. It was the day where all the young people couples would get each other gifts but mainly everyone brought presents for their friends.

As it was the day before , everyone was talking about valentines day and who would be getting people presents or cards. One group of girls who were talking about valentines day were diannes group of friends. It consisted of Oti, Amy, Nadiya, janette and dianne herself. The girls were mingling together at lunch time when joe approached them.

"hey"
Oti smiled at joe and Joe did back

"can I speak to dianne?"
Joe asked. Dianne went red in the face, but balmed it on the reflection of her hair. She followed joe to somewhere, where It was more quiet.

"this is crazy to say Dianne. But for the longest time, I've ahd a crush on you. Your beautiful and you have such a great personality. And you know.... Its valentines day tomorrow. I was wondering, if you'd like to go on a date after school. You can say no if you want to "
Joe said

Dianne smiled at the offer. She had never been asked out Beofre and this was a bug deal for her. She never really liked joe in that way, but she could get to know him more and see waht he's like. And if dianne did like three date and Joe, they could give dating a try.

"I'd love that Joe. Thanks for the offer. Of course I'll go on a date with you. Where's are we going?"
Dianne smiled

"thanks dianne. It's a supprise. Where something nice tommorow it's non school uniform. I've also got you a present"
Joe said

"awww joe that's so sweet. Thank you. I can't wait"
She giggled, the bell going and dianne ran off to class.

In the last lesson which was after lunch which was also history, dianne couldn't focus. All she had on her mind was joe and that she actually now really liked him

"dianne......
Dianne"
She heard a voice say, she raised ehr head

"it's two minutes to. You need to apck up"
The teacher said to her

"sorry miss"
Dianne said getting up and packing her stuff away, as Amy came over to her

"so, what did joe say?"
Amy smirked

"oh nothing, just some thing about homework"
Dianne smiled

"no he didn't dianne. Your blushing. He asked you out didn't he"
Amy giggled

Dianne nodding hiding her face

"ok he did but please don't tell anyone Amy. I don't want anyone knowing yet"
Dianne asked her

"don't worry, I won't tell anyone"
Amy winked

Then they walking home together, dianne dreaming about tomorrow

The next day was Friday and it was of course valentines day but it was also the last day of half term so it was non school uniform day. Dianne woke up putting her hair into two French brades, pulling single strands of hair out of them. She then got dressed into this

(just imagine the jumper is untucked)

She walked to sc by herself this morning, hoping that she would see how Beofre any of her friends. After school yesterday, she had managed to get him a last minute gift. She had put it in a gift bag and took it to school with her. She walked through the gates and saw joe stood outside the science block by himself.

"hey, happy valentines day"
Dianne smiled hugging him

"thank you. Happy valentines day dianne. You look beautiful. Heres your present. It isn't much"
Joe said, handing dianne a gift bag

"awww how, that's so pretty, I love it. Thank you"
Dianne said as she opened a box with a bracelet on it with a heart charm. She loved it

"can you put it on?"
Dianne asked, joe helping her

Once it was on her wrist she looked at it and smiled at it

"Joseph I love it. Thank you. Here's yours. Its not much but I hope you like it"
Dianne said handing Jim his present

"thank you, I love it. They are my favourite"
Joe laughed opening some mint lint chocolate

"I'm glad you like them. I'm exited for tonight"
Dianne smiled

"me to. I'm sure you'll love what I have planned"

At the end of the day, joe waited for dianne at the gate. When she got to joe he smiled at her. They walked along the road together into town which was a 15 minute walk away.
Getting into town dianne followed joe to where they were going.

" can I hold your hand?"
Dianne asked anxiously

Joe smiled gripping her hand tightly.

They walked into a bowling alley, dianne was very happy after Joe told her it's only where he takes people he really really likes. This made dianne extremely happy and worthy of herself.

They played a game, dianne winning by three points and then joe took her to a little restaurant for dinner. They ate the food and shared a desert.

After the food they went back into the town centre, walking along holding each others hand.

"would you like to stay at mine tonight?"
Joe asked. Dianne looked nervous

"don't worry. We won't do anything like THAT."
Joe said

"that's if I didn't want to"
Dianne laughed

"no dianne. We can't, we can't have sex. We've been on one date. And second of all we're 16"
Joe said

"were in the legal age now Joseph but if you insist"
Dianne laughed knowing that her comment was definitely a joke

They walked to joes house. Luckily his mum was out with his nan caring for her over the weekend and Zoe was at uni in Cambridge. Dianne sat down on the sofa in the living room. She had a change of clothes with her in her school bag from dance club at lunchtime that day.

After joe made her a drink, he sat next to her pulling her into a cuddle. They sat there Beofre dianne looked up to him, pulling him into a long passionate kiss. Breaking from it they smiled

"your amazing"
Joe whispered
Beofre pulling her back in, to kiss her again

And it escalated very quickly. By that it lead to what they said they were never going to do......
