I fled the scene...my people...the Altean armies...I ran away from the danger I'm supposed to protect my people from...how horrible of a person I am. Let me explain.

Long ago, my species called the Pterolycus are meant to be peace bringers and symbols of hope. As such, we naturally allianced with many planets for resources that we had no access to. Some of those planets were very well known such as Dabäzal, Altea, Olkarion, and many others.

However we trusted way too easily when it came to Altea and Dabäzal. After many moons of peace between us three races, Zarkon had somehow gotten Alfor to attack us.

Only very few of us knew how to fight against the two armies working together, however we were out number 20 to 540. Most of the race was wiped out during that battle.

I was about be killed by an Altean when Alfor told his armies to retreat back to their home planet. The Altean's listened to him but the Galra continued fighting, so Alfor helped me and some of my kind onto one of their ships and took us to Altea.

The planet was beautiful, the people were kind. Many of the ones Alfor saved were injured, including myself. He lead us his healing room and instructed us to get into one of the open pods.

I was skeptical at first but eventually I got in. As the old was closing I saw Alfor's daughter and I'd assume his right hand man get put into pods. Then, it all went black.

~(10,000 years later)~

I can hear voices, they are muffled but can I understand a few things said. "---asleep----10,000 years!" That's when I feel myself starting to rise up.

I opened my eyes slowly, before the pod opens. I start to fall and before I can meet the impact of the floor someone wearing red catches me.

I gasp for air, and try to push off of the person. I fall to my knees, I was weak and in slight pain. "Who are you?! What are you doing in my castle?!" a woman said obviously angered. I looked up at her, she was Altean. I backed away quickly until I felt my wings against the pod I just came out of.

It takes me a second before I look around and notice there are six other people in here other than the Altean woman. There were five humans and an Altean man. I start feeling really light headed before I realize, 'Where's Luna?!'

I jump up hypoventilating while looking around. I howl out for Luna, and I hear a howl back I calm down. I hear a slight warping sound then I see her. My beautiful black and purple cosmic wolf.

She jumps on top of me and gives me a bunch of kisses. "Hey girl! I missed you too!" I was petting her and laughing while she was licking me.

I felt eyes looking at me and Luna. Then one of them spoke up, "Ahem, excuse me." I looked at him, he had a white tuff of hair infront of his black and gray hair.

He spoke again, "I'm sorry if this sounds rude, but who are you?" He gave me a gentle smile. I knew he meant no harm to me, I stood up with the assistance of Luna.

"My name is (Y/N), (Y/N) (L/N)." I put my hand out for him to shake. He took a firm grip, "My name is Takishi Shirogane, but you can call me Shiro." Shiro said in a calming voice and a gentlmently smile.

"Nevermind the who you are, but what even ARE you?!" The Altean woman says, poison dripping from.her tongue. 'Well she obviously doesn't like me.' I thought.

"If had been patient, I would have gotten to that-" I tried to say before I got interrupted by a guy with blue eyes and brown hair. "Girl I think i've patient enough, come and give me my reward~" he says. I blush brightly before clearing my throat.

"As I was saying....My kind are called the Pterolycus." The ginger haired male looked at me with wide eyes. "So, your that (Y/N)?!" He said shocked. I nodded and looked down at Luna. The red one spoke up, "What is that? It looks like a wolf, but its got wings and its purple.." He askes and gets closer to me and Luna.

"This is Luna, my cosmic wolf. They normally don't have wings but since she's bonded with me she has them." I say and motion for him to come closer. "She can teleport short distances and won't die until I do."

The red one got close and reached to pet Luna, to which she happily accepted. "My name is Keith." Keith said while looking at me and petting Luna. I give him a smile.

I look back at the group of people, the Altean female tried to speak before I interrupted her. "You're Princess Allura of planet Altea, and other one is Coran Wimbelton Smigth." They both looked at me shocked.

"I'm not stupid, I can remember your names from the time when the Altean's and Pterolycus' had an alliance." I said rather sharply.

I look at the yellow and green ones, I give them a smile and a wave. The green ones eyes light up, "You are so pretty! Are your wings real? What exactly is a pterylycus?" she asks all at once. I giggle with a slight blush.

"Thank you, yes the wings are real, and pterylycus' are people who have wings and wolf ears and a tail. However some have horns as well." I pointed to my small horns.

I start feeling dizzy, and the room started spinning. "Hey, are you okay?" The yellow one asked me, jogging up to me. I feel myself falling then be caught by someone. I can see everyone surrounding me, all but the Altean woman.

"(Y/N)!!! Are you okay?! Do you need something?!" the one in with blue eyes asks. I try to speak but I feel my fangs growing and whimper in pain.

When the pain fades my vision gets slightly hazy. I sit up, "My kind. After we are badly injured we can heal but after a bit, we'll need to...to..." I stutter and they all raise a single eyebrow. "I need someone to willing give me blood." I let out and I see their faces go from confused to shocked.
