Chapter 16: A new mindset
(Your/Y/N's POV)

  As I enter the room stop to think for a second. 'I should probably shower then change.' I go to my bags and grab a comfortable training outfit, basically just a sports bra and a pair of sport shorts. I grab a pair of underwear and go to the bathroom.

  I set my stuff down and turn on the shower. I get out of my clothes from yesterday and look at myself in the mirror as I examined all of my scars. 'Heh, funny thing is. I can remember where each and everyone of these came from.' I thought before getting in the shower.

  I felt the hot water hit my back, head, ears, tail, and wings. It felt relaxing to say the least. I reach for my shampoo and stuff but then remember. "SHIT." I yell. I sigh and get out of the shower, I walk into the room and go to my bags. I grab my showering stuff and a towel. Thats when I hear the room door click and the door open.

  As soon as I see Viarrah's head poke through the door I sighed in relief. "Woman. You nearly gave me a heart attack." I said as I stood up holding the open towel to my chest and the shower stuff in the other arm. She laughed, "Is that why you screamed? Cause you left your shower stuff in your bag?" She asked. I nodded and headed back into the bathroom.

  "Don't use all of the hot water!" Viarrsh said from behind the bathroom door after I shut it. I chuckle, "I won't! Now go train or do whatever!" I say. I hear a giggle and the bedroom door close shut again and then silence. I put my towel on top of my clothes and put my soaps in the shower then jump back in.

  I take in the warmth the water provides. "This feels nice." I say under my breath. I close my eye and let the water fall on my face.

  I back up and open my eye only to be met with yellow ones. I jump back and go to scream but can't since the person had covered my mouth. "Don't scream! It's me White!" They whisper yelled. I calmed down and examined the person, they were wearing all white clothes and not getting hit by the water.

  "Holy shit, why did you show up when I was showering?!" I whisper yelled. "To be honest, I don't know. I guess you were meditating and summonded me on accident. We're lucky my robot body didnt show up instead." The person said normally and got out of the shower and sat on the toilet lid.

  I grabbed my shampoo and put some in my hand before putting it in my hair and scrubbing. "Yeah. Very lucky." I giggled and so did white. "Do you think others can see you right now?" I asked while scrubbing. She shook her head. "No. So technically I'm invisible to the untrained eye. The princess might be able to see me though due to her Altean alchemic knowledge." White said. I hummed in response and rinsed out my hair.

  I conditioned my hair, but before rinsing it out I used my lavender dog shampoo, yes dog shampoo is what I use for my fur, to clean my ears and tail. "You really like keeping clean huh?" White asked and I nodded while rinsing out the soaps. I started to wash my face, I know I have a long process of taking a shower don't judge.

  I rinse off my face and start washing my body, my wings are last since they are the most difficult to clean. After I rinse my body I grab my dawn dishsoap and start cleaning my wings, yes it works on my feathers leave me alone.

(Time skip: 20 minutes)

  I finally got all of the soap out of my wings and got out of the shower to see a very bored White. "Hey, I need a better name for you then just White. What can I call you?" I asked as I syarted to dry off. "You can call me Ari." White said with a smile. I nod and make a mental note 'So White is now Ari, got it.'

(Time skip: 10 minutes)

  I pulled up my shorts and started to brush my hair. "So, how are we gonna train?" I asked and Ari responded. "Well first off, I'm going to have you meditate so you can come into my little pocket dimension so you and I can bond better." My eyes widened as I hear the words pocket dimension. "Hold the phone. A pocket dimension?!" I put the brush down and my mouth hangs open and Ari giggles and nods.

  I close my mouth and nod. She stands up and motions for me to follow her. She leads me to the bed and tells me to sit down. "Cross your legs and close your eye." I nod and do as I'm told. "Now clear your mind, I'll see you there." I hear a slight woosh sound before I start to clear my mind.

  I feel warmth around me and open my eyes to see a flower field full of pink flowers that only have three petals. "What are these?" I ask before I see Ari as a lion in front of me. "Pink Junipberries. The most beautiful flowers that were on planet Altea." I smile slightly. "Allura would love to see this." I say and Ari nods.

  "Give me a minute, I need to become my robotic self." Ari says as she lays down and closes her eyes. I wait patiently before I see a medium sized lioness turn into a huge mechanical lion. "Holy sheet!" I shout before I notice something. "Hold up why did I say sheet? I meant to say sheet." I start asking Ari. She chuckles. "Here you can't swear." She says evily. "Gosh darn it! I'm so fubberknucked." I say.

  Ari laughs before opening her mouth to let me in. "Climb in and take a seat in the pilots chair. I have a feeling this won't take you long." She says confidently. I nod and do as I'm told. I admire the controls around me. "I need you to grab the controls and focus on seeing through my eyes instead of yours." Ari says again and I close my eye.

  Soon enough I see again, but this time. Not through my own eye but through the two eyes of Ari. I smile. "There we go! See! I told you this wouldn't take you long!" Ari said excited. I giggle and open my normal eye. "We can train a bit more before someone will come to get you for training with the paladins." Ari says and I nod.
