I woke up with a pounding headache. I noticed my hood was still up. Good. I don't want too many people to speak of my presence. I looked around to see I'm in a wooden house. It looked oddly familiar. Then as if a wire snapped I drew my bow and pointed it at Knight. The traitor who left us. His hands went up. "Hey, I was the one who saved your frickin' life. Be happy I didn't leave you for the plants to eat." He snarled. I gave my own growls. "You didn't have to. I was fine the way I was. You're a traitor. I can never trust you. No matter how much I think of you. Or how much I remember about you. I can't let my guard down to you." I said. His face went downward to stare at the floor. "I'll take my leave now." I said sternly. I honestly felt guilty. I wanted to wrap my arms around him in a hug. But, I can't. He would never be a part of the team ever again.. I sigh and toss him a small pendant. He immediately catches it. "What's this?" He asked curiously as he looks at the pendant. "It's something to protect you. It's called 'Trinity'. Keep her safe." I said then dashed out of the home. 'It's something to protect you.' That was no lie. I wanted him to be happy for once. I hope Trinity gives him more happiness than I could ever give him. Goodbye, Knight_Karpath.

{Hey guys! I know this chapter is weird but let me explain. Me and my friend Knight_Karpath got into a fight a few months ago. I can't stop thinking about what I could've done to preserve our friendship. So, I wrote this chapter as an effigy to him and so I can stop thinking about him. Anyways, follow me for more books.
