going public

<kinda short but...>

me and colby had been together for nearly a year and we have decided to keep it on the low. our friends know that we are together but the fans dont. we decided to wait until the perfect moment to release that we are together and that was our one year anniversary of being together.

ONE WEEK LATER

"happy one year baby" colby said making me up.

"i love you" i replied to him.

i woke up and rolled over to see that there was a bag at the end of our bed. did he really have to do this?

"really colby? you didnt have to" i said picking the bag up and putting it on my lap.

"i did it because i love you" he said giving me another kiss on the head.

as i opened the bag, there was a bear that was holding a heart and it said 'i love you' as well as there being loads of food. he knows me so well. there was a card but i didnt want to read it just yet because i knew i would cry. 

COLBYS POV

"i have something for you" she said.

"you didnt have to" i said 

"well, considering you got all this for me i would want to do something for you because one i love you and two it would be unfair" she explained. i just hope it isnt expensive.

she walked over to the wardrobe and pulled out a small box. she walked back over to me and handed me the box. guccii. 

"babe" i said speechless

"open it" she said putting the box in my hands. it was a ring. the one i have always wanted. i started to get teary and she hugged me and i hugged back. 

TIME SKIP TO POSTING

we had both got a series of photos and a caption ready to post on Instagram at the same time. as soon as we posted them. comments and likes were coming in fast. we had done it. we are public. people now know we are together and we dont have to hide it. she is the love of my life and i dont know where i would be without her.
