1) Crashing by ILLENIUM

Jinyoung was driving around endlessly on one cold September night. A bit tipsy. Not knowing where to go after walking out of a one night stand. He didn't feel satisfied nor happy. Because it still didn't bring back who he wanted the most. Jisoo. It was her all along. It has always been her.

They had broken up three months ago. It was a cold breakup. Words were said, hearts were broken. His mind then went back to the night they broke up. And how he let her walk out on him. Maybe Jisoo was right. Maybe he really didn't try as hard as she did to save them.

"Then maybe we aren't worth fighting for.", Jinyoung said, voice raising and Jisoo flinched at that, shocked that her boyfriend would say such a thing.

Yes. They have been rocky lately, with the countless arguments they have been having. But Jisoo figured that they'll get through anything. That they'd always have each other. Because it was them. Jinyoung and her never failed to make things work.

"Do you really mean that?", Jisoo said, taken aback, voice cracking. And Jinyoung hesitated to answer her.

With how often him and Jisoo have been ending up in screaming matches everytime they meet, he didn't know how to answer her.

"I don't know.", Jinyoung said coldly, swallowing. Looking away from Jisoo, and Jisoo's heart shattered hearing his answer, she then let out a humorless chuckle, combing her hair back.

"So you don't know if you love me anymore? Is that what you're saying?", Jisoo asked, looking straight at him, and Jinyoung more than anything wished he could give her an answer.

"I'm not sure. I don't know Jisoo. It just feels like we don't work anymore.", Jinyoung said, "And I don't know how to make us work anymore. I tried Jisoo.", Jinyoung admitted, heart aching.

He has given up on you. Jisoo thought to herself, but quickly shrugged it off because she didn't want to believe that the boy who told her how sure he was of has given up on her.

"Then try harder! Damn it!", Jisoo spat, "It feels like I'm the only one trying here Jinyoung.", Jisoo said, hurt, "Why didn't you try harder damn it!", Jisoo said, frustrated, she didn't want to lose him.

Jisoo's words had angered Jinyoung. He hated the fact that she said he didn't try because he did. He tried so hard.

"How can you say that?! I tried so hard for you Jisoo.", he retorted, "Stop being selfish.", Jinyoung spat.

"Bullshit! If you did then we could be saved right now! You wouldn't have said that we don't work anymore.", Jisoo said, heavy breathing, she was feeling angry and upset. It felt like her whole world was crashing down.

"Maybe we can't be saved anymore!", Jinyoung said without thinking, "Maybe we're just not meant to be!", he spat, and Jisoo heart's broke at his words. She then swallowed as she felt the big lump in her throat.

"I will walk out this door right now.", Jisoo said, pointing to Jinyoung's front door as a tear slipped, "And if you don't come after me and stop me from walking out on you. I'll take it that whatever we have or had..is over..for good.", Jisoo said as she inhaled. Jinyoung raked his hair back as he heard her words, tense.

Jisoo then walked out the front door. Hoping to God that Jinyoung would grab her wrist and spin her around telling her that they will make this work.

"Please. Please change your mind Jinyoung.", she whispered to herself, tearful as she closed the door behind her. But unfortunately he didn't.

Once Jisoo had walked out, Jinyoung rushed towards the door, about to stop her. But he hesitated, he then sighed as he leaned on the door, slowly sliding down to the ground.

Jisoo sighed helplessly on the other side of the door when it didn't open. Heart breaking. She then leaned on the door, wanting to open the doorknob but held herself back when she realised that if Jinyoung really loved her, the door would have opened, and he would be right in front of her right now. But he wasn't.

It hit her how it really was over. Tears slip as she leaned on the door, having a glimmer of hope although she knew that they were now two worlds apart. No longer in each other's arms.

Jisoo then inhaled, regaining herself, walking away  for good knowing she had just lost her universe. It was all over. For good.

Jinyoung snapped himself out of the memory. Heartbroken. Jinyoung was homesick. He had made a home out of Jisoo without realising. She was everything to him, and still is.

Maybe three months ago he wasn't sure. But now he was. He was sure that he loved Jisoo wholeheartedly. And how he wanted her back. He wanted to go home. And home wasn't the four walls he had been going back to everyday. It was Jisoo. He wanted to be in her arms again. He knew that there was where he belonged. Jinyoung wanted her back, desperately, and this time he vowed to himself to make things work between them.

With that, Jinyoung drove and drove, letting his heart lead the way until he found himself infront of Jisoo's house that night. He didn't care how impulsive he seemed, he just wanted to be in her arms again, he wanted to be home. And Jisoo was his. And he had hoped that Jisoo was just as homesick for him as he was for her.

Jinyoung rang the bell as he stood by Jisoo's doorstep. And after a few minutes the door finally opened, and there she was. Jinyoung's whole universe. His heart skipping a few beats.

Jisoo's heart skipped a beat when she saw Jinyoung right infront of her. She has been missing him like crazy, and it felt like a dream the fact that he was here right now.

"J-jinyoung.", she said softly, eyes sparkling, "What are you doing here?", she asked, relieved somehow.

"Can I stay here tonight? I can't drive anymore.", Jinyoung said, voice cracking, "I just want to be home, Jisoo.", Jinyoung said, hopeful as he looked up at her, and Jisoo swallowed, because she knew what he meant.

"And that's you. You're home.", Jinyoung said softly, and Jisoo nodded as she crashed into him for a hug, inhaling his scent, his scent that she had been missing so much.

In that moment, she knew they had each other again. In each other's arms were where they belonged. Like Jinyoung, Jisoo felt home once again too. And this time she knew it was for good.
