It was damn early, and it was dark and cold, Tae panted heavily after they jogged for almost an hour, pausing next to a bench, where his boyfriend was already stretching. "Oh god...I'm dying...!" Tae breathed out. Jungkook snickered and wrapped an arm around his waist. Already tired grandpa?" Tae smiled and hit him playfully. Since he got the role of an older man in Jin's play, Jungkook always teased him with this. "I was never a fan of morning sport activities." "I know. But since we have to work almost every evening, there is no other way..." Jungkook hung himself onto a pole, heaving his whole body up repeatedly. Tae watched him in awe. He tried it too, but just managed to pull up twice. "Why are you so strong, Gukkie?" He shrugged. "I'm just in shape." "So, means I'm not?" "Let's say you gained a bit fat on your tummy." He smirked. "Oh, and who's fault is this? You always spoil me with sweets and your amazing cooking!" Jungkook laughed as he looked at the pouting Taehyung, wrapping his arms around him. He held him in his arms, swaying a bit to the left and right. "I love your little tummy." Tae smiled shyly. How can he make him flustered like this all the time? "Look at those gays", someone said, pointing at them. Both boys looked up, seeing a group of men in their ages, looking down at them while smirking. "So what?" Jungkook said, facing the man who spoke. "Jungkook, please....let's go..." The man got closer, with his group of men fallowing him. "Are you two dating?" "Yes we are. Any problem with it?" The man cringed. "Disgusting." Jungkook was about to make a move, but Tae held him back. "Don't. They are not worth it." They looked dangerous. Jungkook debated internally if he should listen to Tae or just start a fight. "Please-" Tae tucked his hand on Jungkook's sleeve, obviously anxious. He wouldn't have a chance, since they were outnumbering them. Jungkook decided not to fight, for the sake of Taehyung's beautiful face and himself. But the other male, wasn't backing off, just stood there, smirking. "Can you please leave us alone?" Jungkook said annoyed. "Need to protect your doll?" "Yes, apparently. So please..." The other man grabbed Taehyung's arm. Making Tae gasp. "You look too beautiful for a man..." Jungkook had difficulties to hold himself back, his blood already boiling. "Let him go." He said sternly. "Or what?" Tae looked at Jungkook with pleading eyes. "I just ask you politely." Jungkook said, clenching his fists. "Hmm....maybe we will play a bit with him." The man dig his hand into Tae's hair, pulling his head back harshly. Tae looked at Jungkook and nodded lightly. Jungkook understood immediately, without any words. That's when Taehyung stomped the strangers foot as strong as he could, making him cry out in pain, letting his head go in a reflex, Taehyung pushed him away and ran. Jungkook punched his face, running after Taehyung. The males started to run after them, but Tae and Jungkook were too fast, and somewhere in the middle of the street, they stopped chasing them. Jungkook and Taehyung ran some blocks further, stopping as they realized they were gone. All sweaty, breathing heavily. Both looked at each other and laughed. "You okay?" Tae nodded. "Couldn't believe how fast I can still be." Tae laughed out. "Guess with the right motivation..." Jungkook laughed too. "Let's get some breakfast. I treat you." Taehyung just nodded and walked after his boyfriend. They sat calmly in a café, sipping their coffee, and eating their croissants. The sun was slowly rising, giving them a peaceful mood. Jungkook smiled as he watched Tae stuffing a spoon of strawberry cheesecake in his mouth. He looked so innocent when he was eating. Gosh how he adored this man. He intertwined their fingers, smiling, as Tae spoke up. "I called my grannie yesterday." "Why didn't you tell me?" "Because I was upset. I didn't want to bother you." "Aha. But now you want?" Tae kicked him under the table. Jungkook chuckled. "It settled down a bit, and there's no way I hide this from you, because it's important." "So what did she say? Will she support you?" "In fact, I couldn't even ask. We were just small talking and then she said, she has serious backpain and needs a surgery. She has money issues herself, and she waited very long now to get the surgery. I couldn't ask her for money. I couldn't." Jungkook nodded. "You know it's not right to ask her. I told her that we are dating, and she is happy for us." "She's such a great lady." "Yeah, right? I can't understand how she could raise such a closeminded person like my mother..." Tae got sad and looked into his lap. "Hey. We will find a way, okay? Look at me Tae. I will do anything for you. Anything." Taehyung looked up, tears in his eyes. "I know. Thank you Jungkook." He smiled, knowing that Jungkook loves him with all of his heart.
