I opened the RFA app and looked down, smiling as I spotted a new chatroom open with Seven and Zen. I chuckled as I walked back to the home that Seven and I shared, having just gone to pick up breakfast before he woke up. I should have known that Seven would be up before I could get home and surprised him. I entered the chatroom to find that Seven was either freaking out or pretending to freak out from waking up in bed alone.
707: (YN) is missing! Man the street corners! I want one of us at each corner, until we found- oh, she's in the chat! (Y/N)! Report in!
(Y/N): I went to get breakfast to surprise you. I thought it might be nice to make breakfast today.
Zen: *facepalm* really 707? You didn't think to, I don't know... Try calling (Y/N) before freaking out?
(Y/N): Lol
707: .... Will you be home soon?
(Y/N): Yes. I'm about to be home now.
Zen: LOL and she's almost home to
707: See you in a minute!
I exited the chatroom, giggling at my boyfriend's overreaction to my perceived disappearance. I pushed open the gate and got in through the door to find him standing in the kitchen in an apron, smiling from ear to ear.
"Well (Y/N), I figured you're probably making cinnamon rolls or pancakes, so I said bye to Zen to help! Aren't I the best boyfriend ever?!?" I smiled warmly at him.
"You are. And actually, I was thinking waffles."
"Even better!" He came and grabbed the bags from my hands, kissing me on the cheek. "So, waffles, huh? Start of a great day!"
"Yes, I think so. You think we'll have a good day, Seven?" He smiled gently.
"I know so. My day is great every day I get to see your smile."
