(I have no idea what I'm writing for this chapter since I'm just really bored and have nothing to do at 12 am on a school night so I'm sorry if it's bad)
As Oikawa guided Kageyama to the volleyball team, he made small talk with Tobio to find out more from him.
As it turns out, Kageyama was only invested in volleyball.
Knowing this, Tooru used it to his advantage.
"You know, I used to play volleyball too, Tobio~chan! I played setter and I was really~ good," Oikawa stated smoothly, glancing down at Tobio to see him staring up at him in awe.
"I could show you some of my sets and serves if you join the host club, hm Tobio?"
Kageyama's eyes grew even brighter, and he looked like an innocent young boy who just met his idol. God this kid was too cute for his athletic build and stature Oikawa thought.
Soon, they neared the volleyball club, and Oikawa opened the doors.
"Oi, Shittykawa! What are you doing here you have your own club!" The team captain shouted, stopping his warm-ups and leaving the rest of the team quiet.
"Don't be like that Iwa-chan, I just brought over the new transfer student because he got a little lost, right Tobio~chan?"
Kageyama nodded his head slightly, looking down flustered because Oikawa had pointed out that he had gotten lost in front of the whole team.
"Ah I see, you must be Kageyama Tobio. Welcome to the team, I'm Iwaizumi Hajime, the team captain. Ignore Shittykawa over there, he's kind of a dunce," Iwaizumi stated bluntly, a very sincere smile on his face.
"Mean, Iwa-chan! Anyway, I need to discuss some things with you about Tobio for a bit, do you mind?"
Iwaizumi sighed, nodding his head and told the team to get to know Kageyama.
"What is it, Oikawa?" Iwaizumi asked, concerned about what kind of mayhem his best friend had caused.
"I just wanted to let you know that Tobio~chan might miss out on practice sometimes because he's in the host club!"
"Hah?! How did that happen?!" Iwaizumi was curious.
"Iwa-chan calm down! He broke a vase and needs to repay us so he's joining and helping out the club to repay us! Geez!" Oikawa stammered out, hiding his face in hopes to avoid getting hit.
"Fine, whatever Oikawa. Do whatever you want, but don't interfere with practice too often. I've seen how he plays and he may be in the starting lineup, so we need to get him ready for nationals," Iwaizumi stated coolly, walking back into the gym.
There, he saw Kageyama being interrogated by Daishou, stared at by Kenma, jumped on by Bokuto, and talking with Ushijima, all at the same time.
"Oi! All of you stop pestering the new kid and get back to warm-ups! Show him how we do things here."
"Osu!" They all shouted, except for Kenma who muttered it.
Iwaizumi then told Oikawa he could leave, but before he did, he walked up to Kageyama.
"Remember to come to the host club tomorrow Tobio~! I look forward to working with you from now on!"
Kageyama blushed furiously at that, covering his face and trying to recover from his embarrassment.
After Oikawa left, Iwaizumi ushered Kageyama to the side and told him to watch their practice for the first day, telling him he could join them tomorrow.
He nodded, though a bit disappointed that he was unable to play.
