Song - Killing Strangers (Marilyn Manson)

Yoongi kept fidgeting with his bowtie. He was standing next to Rose, who was elegantly dressed in a satin green gown. Like always, at every party, he felt out of place. They were waiting for the others to come in.

He was mostly worried about Jin because Minho did not confirm if he could be his +1. He checked his messages and sent one to Jin.

Yoongi: Everything okay?

Yoongi: If you can't make it, we'll kick Jimin out and make you Namjoon's +1.

He impatiently tapped the phone on his leg.

Rose nudged him, "Act normal, will you?"

He sighed as he took in the size of the house and if the details were as per what Jin described. That boy really memorized the house – he did not even go wrong with the portraits that hung across the walls.

After a few minutes, Jungkook and Taehyung made their way in. Taehyung colored his hair black like they decided. So, did Yoongi. He also put on glasses – Jimin's idea.

After what seemed like centuries, Namjoon and Jimin joined the party. All of them stood far apart so as to not seem suspicious but in Yoongi's mind they all looked like obvious clowns.

Finally, Minho and his family made their grand entrance. And for a few seconds, Yoongi did not recognize his own best friend standing next to Minho. Unlike them, his hair was blonde.

His eyes darted to look at his friends across the floor. While most of them tried to compose their expressions, Taehyung looked like someone snatched the air out of his lungs. Honestly, Yoongi couldn't blame him. Jin looked astonishingly handsome. All eyes were definitely on him, and both Taehyung and Minho seemed to have noticed that.

Eventually, the music played, and people began to dance. But not the kind of dance Yoongi was accustomed to. It was slower and everyone paired up to dance.

Namjoon took Rose's hand as they took the floor. He watched Jungkook stare hungrily at Jimin and smacked his head. He started to walk towards them when he felt a hand slide around his waist.

"I didn't know you'd be here."

Yoongi's face scrunched in annoyance, "Wang."

"Why are you always so annoyed?", Wang smiled.

"Why are you always so annoying?", Yoongi spat.

Wang linked his arms with Yoongi and dragged him to the bar. "Let me get you a drink."

"It is free.", Yoongi muttered as he looked for the others.

Taehyung was missing.

Jin was missing.

Jungkook and Jimin were standing way too close.

Namjoon and Rose were dancing.

And he was stuck with Jackson Wang, who was now leaning into his face.

Wait. What?

"Fuck, Wang.", Yoongi jerked back. "What are you doing?"

Wang cleared his throat, "There was something on your face."

"Yes. Frustration."

Wang whined, "Why do you hate me?"

"No. Please. Don't whine.", Yoongi whined as he realized that Wang was drunk.

"Fine. But why do you hate me?", he asked again.

Yoongi rolled his eyes, "Because you are mean, a bully, have no sense of personal space. You've multiple exams that you didn't clear but somehow got to the next year, you are friends with assholes. You've made the life of – "
