From a young age Kojika always wanted to be a doctor due to going to the hero hospital where both of her parents work and own her dad is  the head surgeon and her mom is a general practitioner with them they are well respected to the community among heroes with that she sometimes goes to these charity galas where she meet her friend tenya iida who got along with.

Kojika had mature at a young age where kids think she was a snob for being smart and a werido for  , she spends most of her time admiring superheroes like the iida family and learn about anatomy of the heroes body and quirks how they affect them. Kojika wanted to be in her own footsteps instead of her parents. Her dream is to own a clinic agency and be the pro hero to it. She had a habit of looking at people to see if they were injury and be a nurse to them this causes her a few mishaps in her early youth.

Through out her years she and tenya were close and have a professional friendship until high school where he would go to UA and Kojika would be at Shinketsu High school. They try to stay in touch but in time it was getting harder and harder due to certain events. After hearing about his brother and the hero killer she gotten worry for him soon before the license test she had fail to meet the task to she had to take her license late.

Soon Kojika was kidnap along with many teens and place in the asylum she was soon in the same position as them later she decide to make a effort in helping by bandaging and keeping them health until help arrive without her quirk she couldn't protect others with her barriers but her knowledge she was able to do her best with many sleepless nights.

She was the first person to meet Deku and his friends while bandaging up them she then knows about izuku due to tenya told her about him a couple of times and they got a good start. later she became friends with namine she was the first person to notice her arm before banging up to hid it, she became close to the others but was concern was towards midoriya when she notices his scars. Hearing about the war she noticed how the other children are losing faith in them.

When the others heard about the plan she help the other make a plan to get the quirk cuffs off of everyone she was able to watch out for widow soon when the barrier was open and everything went into chaos,  she help the others escape while fled into the city where she was getting help from anyone.

After everything everyone went to the hospital to her surprise she was learn that she and among the half who couldn't go back to their schools so she went to apply to UA to work under recovery girl she also like to be involved with the others she and iida hangout more often.
