Vincent's POV

I rushed back to check on Lorraine. I asked someone outside about where they had taken Lorraine and they told me that she was taken back to her home to pick her stuff before she left. I rushed to her house to see a commotion outside. I stopped short when I saw a familiar dark haired man, grabbing Lorraine by her hand as he started to go towards the car where his twin was standing. My stomach knotted as I recognized where I saw them before. They were two of Belle's guards that broke into my uncle's home to save Belle. What were they doing here? And where were they taking Lorraine?

"Stop! What's going on here?" I demanded, getting in front of the annoyed looking man. Hugo rushed forward just as the man grabbed the front of my shirt roughly.

"Let him go, Noah." Hugo said in a threatening voice.

He looked down at me with cold blue eyes. Unlike his twin, he wasn't clean shaven but his beard and moustache were trimmed really short and nicely kept, for it to look just like stubble. His hair was dark while his twin's hair was blonde. One of them had obviously dyed their hair. I looked at the more threatening twin whom Hugo had called "Noah". He reminded me of Luc for some reason because he didn't look like he would hit me. He looked like he recognized me and was startled. Well, yeah dude..you saw me only a few days ago in my uncle's dungeon, I was tempted to say. But I kept my mouth shut.

"Where are you taking Lorraine?" I asked him angrily instead.

"Lorraine!" I called to her and she looked at me worriedly. I saw blood seeping down her lips.

"Lorraine, are you okay?" I asked with concern, trying to push away from the man but it was like trying to budge a mountain. I was only flailing my arms like an idiot when I tried to move away from the man.

"Did you really hit her?" I asked him incredulously as Lorraine looked away and wiped the corner of her lips. What was going on? Why was no one doing anything? The guy shoved me back towards Hugo, who caught me.

"Wait! Don't walk away from me, you big brute! Where are you taking her?" I tried to follow him but Hugo grabbed my arm to stop me.

"What's going on here? Why is no one doing anything?" I looked around and saw Lisa standing there with a red box in her hands. She was crying but even she was not interfering. Azul's men were also just watching everything warily from a distance. Was the man that powerful for everyone to give him a wide berth?

"Let me go, Hugo!" I demanded with as much authority as I could. I would be damned if I just stayed back for fear of the man hurting me.

Hugo ignored me and that irked me as I twisted in the hold of his hand on my arm. I suppose I could twist around in his hold since he wasn't holding my hand that tightly.

He glanced down at me. "She's no longer one of us. Let her go!" He told me and I scowled at him.

"No! I don't understand what's going on here. Why are you all just handing her over to Belle?" I screamed out as I watched the man push Lorraine into the back seat of the car and went over to take the wheel.

"Because, she is going to Belle herself." Hugo told me quietly and I looked at him incredulously. Then I was reminded of how Lorraine wanted revenge on Alex. I knew then that I had to tell her the truth about Alex. I could not let her kill Alex. I ran after the car as Hugo loosened his hold on me.

"Lorraine, wait!" I screamed as I opened the back door of the car and looked at her. The dark haired twin scowled at that.

"Mr. Baldhead, sir, we have to go back to our mistress quickly. Can you close the door?" The blonde twin asked me politely. I threw him a glare. How dare he call me "Mr. Baldhead"?
