Chapter 3

'I'm his new partner?' 

After Shigaraki left I got away from Dabi and slowly made my way to bar chair.

While I was holding my head with my hands I felt someone sit next to me.

I looked who it was. It was the girl from that night.

She was wearing school uniform and had two messy buns.

She was lookin right at me with bright smile.

"Hi, (Y/N)(L/N)! I'm Himiko Toga!" She introduced you giving you a hand to shake.

You smiled back and shaked her hand.

"That was nice trow last night." You said looking at her.

You could see small embarrassment on her face.

"About that... Sorry, but I didn't want you to kill Dabi."

You looked over your shoulder to see the tall guy leaning at wall, minding his own business.

"Even if you weren't there I wouldn't kill him. I don't kill everyone I see." You answered, still looking at him.

"Then why did you kill that guy?" You looked at Toga, who was still looking at you.

"He had done a lot of bad things. He got on my radar after I saw him doing bad things to one girl. And after that I discovered that she wasn't the only victim to him." You looked down at the table, thinking. 

"Wait..." You quickly got up still feeling pain.

"Kurogiri do you remember where I live?" You asked the man behind the bar.

He didn't say anything, but after some time he nodded.

"Can you teleport me there?" 

Dabi hearing what you said interupted you.

"Is that good idea? Don't forget I need to take care of you."

You turned around to look at Dabi.

"You know, I can take care of myself. And I don't need a babysitter to look after me everytime!"

After what you said you disappiered in black mist and after moment you were in your apartament.

It was such a big relief being back at home.

You slowly limped your way to your bathroom to get a refreshing shower.

Getting in your shower you felt much better. Letting the warm water touch your skin, you felt dirt washing away from you.

As I was standing in shower I was thinking about Dabi. You remembered how tall he was besides you, his strong arms, his turquoise eyes and.....

'God why I am thinking about him!' You facepalmed feeling your cheeks getting hotter.

*Dabi's POV*

"You know, I can take care of myself. And I don't need a babysitter to look after me everytime!"

After that (Y/N) was gone from the bar.

I stood there confused. I don't know what's happening to me, but I want to be by her side all the time. Even though I almost killed her and only knew for few hours, there was something addicting about her and I won't let that dissapier from my life like everything else.

"Kurogiri.." I looked at him putting my hands in pockets.

"Teleport me to her, please." 

*Back to (Y/N) POV*

After getting out of the shower I changed in some black shorts and the first hoodie you saw.

Getting to your kitchen you took the first aid kit to take care of your wound.

But before you could start you heard something fall in your living room.

Thinking that someone has broken into your home you grabbed you kitchen knife, ready to attack.

Quietly peeking to your living room you heard someone getting up.

Getting into fighting position you were ready to fight, but you suddenly saw Dabi.

"You idiot! I've could killed you." You scolded the guy coming to kitchen.

You sighned and put down the knife and sat down back to floor.

As soon as he came into the kitchen he saw you sitting at the floor with first aid kit next to you.

Without thinking he crouched taking the first aid kit to help you.

"What are you doing?" You asked in annoyed tone, hiding the real fellings in that moment.

He looked up to you and this was the first time you saw him somewhat smile.

"Well I am helping you. So stop acting like small child." 

After that you didn't have anything to say. You just looked how gently he was taking care of your wound. 

Acidentally pressing too hard you sharply inhaled, trying not to scream in pain.

"Sorry." Dabi said it while bandaging your leg.

After he finished you looked at him and smiled.

"Thanks. I don't think I could do it by myself."

There was silence before your stomach grumbled.

'Great! I want to eat, but I don't have anything at home and my wallet is... I don't even know where!'

After moment in front of you was your bag.

"How? I thought it was burned!" You looked up to him, but he was hiding his face from you.

You got up and hugged him.

Shocked, Dabi looked down to you seeing you smiling and look up to him.

"Thank you for everything." You thanked him and backing up from him.

You started walking towards your bedroom to change in warmer clothes.

"Wait me here. I will ready after moment and you will go out to eat with me, partner."

After that both of your faces were red, but neither of you two showed it.
