Chapter 2: Let's sing

Korra left, Opal right

No POV

For the four classes, Bolin was distracted because they couldn't stop thinking about Opal.

Bolin POV

Ever since I saw Opal, I wasn't able to focus in any of my classes. But I can't get her out of my head. Her Beautiful olive-green eyes, "Bolin", her cute smile, "Bolin", and way she asks so sheepishly shy is adorable, "BOLIN!"

"Hm, What, I mean yes." I said as I was heard my name being called the teacher. "What's the answer?" "The answer is, the answer is ah, what was the question?" I said with a goofy grin. But before the teacher could answer me the bell rang for lunch.

Asami POV

I saw that Bolin was daydreaming about something and wasn't paying attention to the teacher. I lightly elbowed him several times to get his attention but it didn't work. Then the teacher called him to answer the question. I pretended to do my work and not pay attention to what the teacher was talking about. Soon the bell rang and we went to lunch.

"Bolin you've been zoning out all morning, what's on your mind." I said as we walk to the cafeteria.

"I know, I'm sorry, it's just, I can stop thinking about the new girl." He said in a dreamy voice.

I immediately felt fear in my chest when he said "new girl" all I could think about is Bolin dating Korra. "Maybe he's not talking about Korra, I will never know if I don't ask." I said to myself. "Are you talking about Korra."

"What, no, I'm talking about Opal. Why would you think I . . .  Okay, I see what's going on here." Bolin said with a knowing smile as they sat at their table.

"You like Korra, don't you." "What, no . . . Maybe." I said crossing arms as a light blush formed on my face."Asami got a crush, Asami got a crush." Bolin said as are two friends Jinora and Kai sat at the table. "What, really, Asami who is he or she." Jinora said with excitement."Her name is Korra she is one of the new girls and speaking of girls. Bolin has a crush on the other new girl Opal." I said to get the attention off me and to get back at Bolin. He looked at me with an annoyed face and I just simply smiled.

NO POV

While Bolin was talking to the other he noticed that Opal and Korra were leaving the lunchroom. "Hey, guys I just saw Opal and Korra leaving the lunchroom." Their curiosity got the best of them and they followed the two girls to the music room. "Why did they go to the music we already had this class." Asami questioned, then they heard talking and listened in.

Opal POV

Korra and I went back to the music room once we were done with our lunch. We talked into the room and saw our music teacher Mrs. Pema. "Hello, girls you need anything?" She said in a polite manner. "Yes, Opal and I are here to audition for the after school singing group." Korra said with an excited but nervous tone. "Well all right then I'll set up the mics while you two look for a song to sing." We found the song we agreed on and grabbed the mics. "Hey Opal, you ready." Korra said looking at me. "Oh yeah, I'm ready, let's sing!"
