Chapter 3: Let's hang

No POV

After Opal and Korra were done singing Asami, Bolin, Jinora, and Kai entered the music room and started to clap and whistle at Korra's and Opal's performance, as did Mrs.Pema. "Girls that was amazing, you two are definitely in the sing group, let me just go to the printer and get the sign in sheets." Pema said an excitement.

Korra POV

After Mrs. Pema left the room I looked at the other four students and recognized two of them. "Hey, aren't you two in our home room?"  I said looking at the green eyed boy and girl. "Yes, we are. Hi my name is Asami and this is Bolin, Jinora, and Kai." She said with a cute smile. "I'm Korra and this is my little cousin Opal." Opal look at the group and waved her hand with a slight blush in her face. Then Mrs. Pema walked in and gave us the sign up papers.

After that we walked out of the room with the group. While we were walking back to the lunch room I felt like someone was watching us. I looked back to see but no one was there so I just forgot about it. Then we finally got to the lunch room. "Hey Korra, Opal come sit with us." Bolin said with an sincere smile and so we did. And all lunch we talked to each other and shared many laughs. Then the bell rang and Asami asked us what are owner next two classes. We had english and biology and Asami's and Bolin's face lit up and they said in unison "That's are next class." And they both lead us to our classes.

Opal POV

While I was in English I wouldn't stop starring at Bolin. I mean come on he's kind, and goofy, and sweet, and cute, and he's looking at me. I quickly went back to my work hoping that he didn't see me staring at him. Then after English Korra and I went to biology and took our seats. Before the class started Korra walked over to me. "Hey Opal are you ok?" "Yeah I'm fine." I said twiddling with my fingers. "Ok what's wrong you only twiddle with your fingers when you're lying or nervous." "Alright you got me." I stopped twiddling and told her that I might be developing feelings for Bolin.

Then she started to oh and nudge my shoulder. "Aw my little cousin has a crush." I playfully push her way. "So who is he?" I hesitate to tell her who my mystery crush is. "Opal, I wouldn't judge who he you can tell me." But then the bell rang and class was starting. Korra groaned " We'll talk after class." Then she went to her and class started.

45 min later

*Riiiing* Class was over, finally. I grabbed my bag and headed to the door. Then I felt an hand on my shoulder. "Opal it's the end of the day are you going to tell me who the guy is or I'm going to pry it out of ya." Korra said as we walked down the hall. "Ok, ok I'll tell you on one condition, you have to tell me who you crush is." Korra was hesitant at first but then agreed as we walked out the door and down the street. "Alright, my crush is." *beep beep*.

We turned around to see Bolin and Asami pulling up in a Satomobile. "Whoa, nice car Asami." Korra said amazement. "Thanks Korra, hey do you two want a ride home." "Sure." We got into the car and Korra told Asami are address and she drove us home.(Yes, they live together)

Asami POV

As Bolin and I walked out of the school and to my car I spotted Korra and Opal. "Hey Bolin I just saw Korra and Opal walking down the street. Should we offer them a ride home."   Bolin smiled and answered with a hefty "Yup." So we gave them a ride home. We pulled at their house that big but not as big as my house. "Hey girl would you like to hang out with are group on Saturday at Asami's sleep over." Bolin asked. They both agreed, so I gave them my address and told them to be there by three.

No POV

Once Korra and Opal closed the door they both flopped on the couch and continued their previous conversation. "Alright Opal no more interruptions so tell me who is this mystery crush of your's." Opal fidgeted for a second but then sit up straight and took a deep breath. "Ok my secret crush is . . . Bolin." Korra jokingly nudged her shoulder along with an "aww." Opal got up from the couch causing to fall into the it and look at Opal with a smile. "Alright, I told you who my crush is so now tell me your crush." Opal said with her hand on she hip. "Easy, I don't have one." Opal look at her with disbelief but then she had an idea.

"Hey Korra answer these questions as fast as you can." Korra sat up and got ready to answer the questions.
"Favorite animal?"
"Polar bear dog."
"Favorite bending team?"
"The Fire Ferrets."
"Favorite ice cream?"
"Vanilla."
"Your crush?"
"Asami." Korra said as she immediately covers her mouth."You like Asami?" Opal said with a big smile. Korra crossed her arms and avoiding Opals gaze. "Cheater." Korra said with a pout and blush on her face. "You do, you like Asami. Korra likes Asami, Korra likes Asami." Opal as she dance around the couch. Korra got up and chased Opal around the couch and up the stairs  and into Opal room. "So what if I have a crush on Asami. It's not she likes me back." Then Korra grabs Opal and puts her in playful headlock and gives her a noogie. "You never know unless you ask her, HA." Opal said as she gets out of the head and flops Korra on her bed.  "I should be tell that to you about Bolin."

Opal Sat beside Korra and signed "One day I'll tell Bolin how I feel, when I'm ready." Korra sat up and side hugged Opal. "The same goes for me and Asami. And hey, They invited us to Asami sleepover that means that they like us." Korra said with smile then Opal laid on Korra shoulder "Yeah, Saturday is going to be fun." 😊
