As expected her friends had bombarded her phone demanding on her health. And if she saw a doctor. She had only answered to stop them from storming the house.

"Guys I'm fine. I swear," she forced a small laugh adjusting the covers around her. The doctor said it was bug. See I told you guys no need for alarm. It will pass." In about nine months or so if not before, she silently added.

She listened to their bicker in the Mancave proposing to even visit her but she declined insisting all she needed was rest.

Through this Charlotte couldn't help feeling her heart twist in pain when she realized Henry wasn't in their midst. Hell even Piper was included in the video call and the girl wasn't even in town. What with college and all?

She didn't ask but Darla made an airy comment for her not to bother that Henry was out on a mission and will call her later. She had forced a smile nodding. But she knew better. No call, nothing. She was being foolish to hope even when she was actively ignoring the boy too.

She had never gone this long without his personal brand of care in some form.

She felt the tears coming(damn hormones) and made to end the call fast by claiming she wanted to sleep. Technically she wasn't lying she was feeling dizzy.

('o')

Charlotte had checked the website and she would admit the offer was pretty good. That was an understatement. It was humongously Gorgeous, if that was even a word. An apartment provided by the company in one of its buildings free of charge during the 3month trial period and a minimum allowance for upkeep(they say minimum she hears 'Ka-Ching'. $170 was not cheap change).

If you got the job, staying in the building is your choice but then rent is on you. The only thing she didn't fancy was the though of sharing space with one or a group of strangers. But hey who says no to free housing? Who in their right minds say no to such a mouth watering offer.

So yeah the temptation was real but her reality wasn't so much. Her condition didn't leave her the liberty of fantasies.

Speaking of conditions, she was yet to see her doctor or even inform anyone of the situation. Not even bought the vitamins. Nobody knew. Parents and baby daddy included. She didn't want to tell anyone about something that might not last.

Yes abortion had crossed her mind.

An ugly notion by most but morals has never stopped evil from crossing the minds of men in times of desperation.

Then adoption....

She quickly blinked away the though wrapping her hair in a bun and exited the bathroom(She avoided looking or touching her stomach as much as possible). That was an option too far in the future. She needed an immediate solution. And abortion was looking pretty convincing right now....

With that thought she had dressed and left the house for the hospital.

"Good Afternoon Miss Bolton,"

Charlotte blinked out of her thoughts, dazed eyes meeting the older woman taking the sit in front of her. "Good afternoon Dr McCall." She said softly, voice hoarse from disuse. Something about the woman seemed familiar but she couldn't put her finger on it. And no it wasn't because it was her second appointment there. Even then there was something.

"How are you feeling today?" She gave her a soft smile.

She shrugged, absently pulling on some lint on her jeans, "Okay I guess."
