Blinded, By Your Love (Poem)

Your touch made me shrivel.

Your lips made me dwindle.

You was the gateway to a path I had never walked on before.

I wasn't the same.

There was something different that dwelt within me.

Even my friends noticed.

You changed me.

This path we walked on together brought us many laughs.

We dreamt of being together, forever.

My heart would skip a beat each time I'd see you.

You was more than 'Just a Friend.'

Everything about you was beautiful.

But there was one thing that people could not see;

that I, was once Blinded, by Your Love.
