"The path turns this way." Vistial says, leading the Company. She didn't know how long they had been walking, but they suddenly stopped.
"Keep moving." Thorin says, but the Company had stopped. "Nori, why have we stopped?"
"The path...it's disappeared." Nori replies, staring at the ground in front of him.
"What's going on?" Bofur asks.
"We've lost the path!"
"Find it. All of you, look. Look for the path!" Thorin shouts, but it was too late. We were off the path and we wouldn't find it again.
"I don't remember this bit. None of it's familiar."
"It's got to be here."
"What hour is it?"
"I do not know. I do not even know what day it is."
"Is there no end to this accursed forest?!"
"Look. A tobacco pouch." Dori picks up a pouch that had been resting on the ground. "There's dwarves in these woods."
"Dwarves from the Blue Mountains, no less." Bofur replies, taking the pouch. "This is exactly the same as mine."
"Because it is yours. Do you understand?" Bilbo says, "We're going around in circles. We are lost."
"We are not lost. We keep heading east." Dwalin says.
"But which way is east? We've lost the sun." Vistial states.
"I thought you were the expert." Dwalin turns on the girl.
"Well, I'm sorry that I've been having to keep an eye on you so you wouldn't wander off." Vistial retorts.
"Enough! Quiet! All of you!" Thorin suddenly shouts. "We're being watched." Vistial finds herself inching closer to Kili, drawing her bow.
"Do you see it?" Kili asks.
"No, but I can hear it." Vistial says. She could hear weird clicking sounds. They were completely surrounded by it. Something sticky suddenly hits Vistial in the back and she's dragged away.
"Vistial!" Kili tries to go after her, but she disappears. When she stops moving, Vistial looks up to see four black orbs bearing into her.
"Ah!" Vistial rollsout of the way of the spider and tries to fight it, but is outnumbered from itsfriends. She screeches in pain as one bites her leg and the world goes black.
