Me and the former stormtrooper, Finn, are walking at the landing area at D'Qar. I point Poe at him and he looks at Poe. BB-8 rolls his way to my brother. Finn looks at me before running to him. Poe also run to his direction. I giggle at the thier reunion.
After they did a little reunion, they walk to me. "Lord Zor got his friend, Rey," Poe tells me and I smirk, "I know." "Come on. Let's ask Leia what we can do," I say before walking to the control room.
"General Leia, sorry to interrupt," I interrupt her talk with some officers. "This is Finn. He needs to talk to you," I introduce him to Leia. "And I need to talk to him. That's incredibly brave what you did. Renouncing the First Order. Saving this man's life," Leia says. "Thank you. But a friend of mine was taken prisoner," he informs her.
"Han told me about the girl. I'm sorry," Leia apologizes. "Finn familiar with the weapon that destroys the Hazian's system. He worked on the base," Poe interrupts. "We're desperate with anything that you can tell us," Leia says. "That's were my friend was taken. I got to get there fast," Finn explains. "And I will do anything I can to help you. But first you need to tell us all you know," Leia says.
I look at the corner of my eye and see Han. "Han!" I call out as I jog to him. But suddenly realize he is taking to his son. "Oops! Sorry to interrupt," I apologise and Commander Solo says, "No, it's fine Ava." I give him a smile before talking to Han.
"Here's you blaster by the way," I hand him his LPA NN-14. "Keep it Ava," he says to me. I put the blaster back on my holster.
He observes me. "What?" I ask. "You've grown," he says and I tease, "You're old." We both laugh. He embraces me and say, "I missed you kid." "I miss you too Han," I say as I hug him tighter.
After we let go, Commander Solo asks, "How did you guys know each other?" "You're mom saved her from slavery. She was just a little girl back then and now...," Han looks at me, "She is all grown up."
"Excuse me. I have to talk to your mom," he says as he leave. "You know Commander Solo, your mom use to tell me stories about you," I start a small talk and he raise his brow, "Really?" I nod my head. "It's usually stories of you and Luke," I tell him.
"When did mom saved you?" he asks and I answer, "When I was five years old. There where on the way to visit you when they emergency landed on Jakku. That's were I am from. They saved me and brought me to Luke's Jedi Temple."
"How come I didn't meet you?" he curiously questions. "I was just shy to meet you. That's all," I shyly say and he chuckles. "Well I am glad to meet the girl who saved our lives," he says and I look at his brown eyes. We stare at each other's eyes for a minute. "Thank you Commander Solo..." I thank him and he smiles.
"Just call me Ben..."
