Tarius was a tall man with black hair, blue eyes, and muscles to give. Tarius was perfection. He didn't chase after women. Nor had he ever been in love. His father requested him to return home for reasons he know not. His hair was in need of a trim and his face a shave. He was incredibly handsome.
He walked up the steps of his father's palace. Tarius hasn't been there for five years, leaving when he was sixteen with his mother. His mother bless her soul had fallen very ill even for a god. She ended up dying. Tarius believes that she was poisoned by Aphrodite but has no proof. It is hard to poison a Godess.
Tarius walked in to see Heatos walking with some woman. He could not see her face but he was drawn to her. Heatos looked back to see him and glared at him. Heatos then led the woman away quickly.
Heatos took Aida and her things to the room that was now a studio. He placed down her paints on a table and Aida moved around organizing it all. She paused to look at him.
"Heatos." Aida called his name. Heatos was unmoved. He knew what he had to do. "Would it be terrible if I said I was utterly fond of you as well?"
"There is something I must tell you." Heatos looked at her. She smiled and walked towards him wrapping her arms around him. He stood unmoved and didn't push her away, even though he never he should. " I can't do this anymore.
"Do what?" Aida looked at him with confusion.
"This. Us." Heatos pointed at both of them. Aida took a step away from him.
"Is this about earlier? Look I told you I met him while he trying to pick out paints for his brother." Aida shook her head.
"And did we have to eat lunch with them?" Heatos raised his voice which is something he never did to Aida. "You act like you are best friends and have known each other forever."
"Are you trying to say I can not have any friends besides you. That is real great. I can not helo that there was a connection between us." Aida walked over and began to rearrange her paints.
"Then go have a connection with him because we are no longer together." Heatos stormed out of the room and slammed the door behind him. At the same time he slammed the door Aida through a tube of paint at him.
"You stupid jealous arse!" She yelled after him. She was not hurt but rather angry. Heatos was so impulsive sometimes. But maybe this would be good. She can show him that he needs her more than she needs him. She will make him regret it.
"Are you sure you understand what it is you need to complete. This is important. Your brother had already failed." Hades told his eldest son. Tarius nodded not finding the words to speak with what he has just been told he must do. "Okay you may go now. Aida will probably be in the training room. She spends much of her time there."
Tarius left the room in search for the training room. After all these years he has managed to forget where exactly it was. He turned down a hall he thought the room was down to see Heatos. Who was standing in the hall looking like a mad man.
"You can have her now." Heatos told his brother. Heatos was only three years younger than Tarius but the boys were completely different. Heatos took after their father to much for Tarius's liking.
"I'm not sure what you mean." Tarius straightened out his posture and puffed out his chest, to show he was challenging his brother. Heatos only came to about Tarius shoulders.
"Aida. You came here for her." Heatos puffed.
"Actually I came because I am in a great debt. Father heard of this and offered to take me in and pay off the money I owe. All I have to do is help with the horses for a while." Heatos stared at his brother in astonishment. Tarius just lied through his teeth but his brother knew nothing of it. This was the story Hades told him to go with.
