chapter 6

Ezra 's pov ( his outfit ^)

Today is my engagement party, I was Buttoning up my white shirt when my room opened , in came my asshole of a best friend Sebastian. He wolf whistled looking at me up and down and said "look who is getting married" I rolled my eyes and ignored him.

"Seriously man I can't believe you are getting married, I never thought I'll see the day where Mr. Ezra Viktor Huss will get married",

"I am not getting married today idiot. It's just engagement day" I said. He rolled his eyes and said "I know that buttface by next week this day you'll be a married man". He wiped his invisible tears and sniffed" my little Ezzy is growing up". I looked at him with raised eyebrows when he smiled so big and said "I am going to enjoy this so much".

I shake my head at his behaviour. And wore my suit then styled my hair in quiff. Sebastian and I are friends from childhood, he is always this naughty boy who likes to prank others and definitely a play boy I think he slept with half of the girls in London, he owns his chain of hotels all over the world . I looked at him to see he is texting someone probably his girlfriend of the week. 

I have to go to Adler's home to pick up my fiance, then go to the hotel were our engagement party is going to take place. I cleared my throat when he looks up "I am going to go" I said he nodded his head and said "ok see you at the hotel".

I went out of my house and the limousine was ready my driver Albert opened the door for me and wished good evening, I nodded at him and said "good evening Albert". I sat and he started the to drive, it was a 30 minutes drive I checked my phone and replied to the emails. Even though it is my engagement day. I have lots of work to do running a huge company is not easy.

When we reached Adler's mansion I got down and went to the door and knocked when it was opened by a maid "Mr Huss please do come in" she said politely. I nodded my head and stepped into the living room

when she said "Ms adler will be down in few minutes". I nodded my head when she left, I looked around the room, there was a wall full of pictures.

I looked at the pictures there was one with Mr and Mrs adler on their wedding day, one with Nate adler, Kaden Adler whom I am het to meet and delilah when they were young playing in the beach, then there was delilah when she was too young pouting with pig tails on her head which made my lips twitch in a small smile. I was observing all this pictures when I heard footsteps I turned  to see delilah walking down the stairs.

My throat ran dry looking at her, she is looking gorgeous in her navy blue dress which made her blue eyes pop out,her long hair was in curls My eyes ran down her body, woah! I cleared my throat when I saw her looking at me. She stopped walking when she was few feet away.

I went near her and gave my arms for her to hold. After that we walked out of her house when I opened the limo door for her she said "thank you" in her sweet angel like voice and got in . I went and sat beside her. Then Albert started to drive she was looking out the window a few strands of hair fell down on her face. My hands itched to tuck those strands behind her ear oh god this is going to be one long night.

Delilah's pov

He is looking so hot in his three piece navy blue armani suit. We didn't talk except for me saying thank you when he opened the door for me, his hair was in a quiff. I don't even know how his voice will be, it is so awkward for us.

We don't know each other except for our name. I am wondering if I have to start up a conversation, even if I want to, how will I start? what will I ask him? . I sighed and looked outside the window. After 15 minutes of awkward ride the limo stopped when the driver said "sir we are here". He nodded and the door was opened by a man Ezra gets out and stretches his hands for me I took a hold of his hand.  And got out when flashes started to go off the paparazzi was shouting their questions.
