Delilah's pov(del ^)

I got down from the car , the flashes started to go off  all of them shouting "Delilah, Delilah how is your married life? Why is Ezra not with you today? Is it true Ezra doesn't have good relationship with your family?" I didn't answer any of their questions, kept my head down as the security came and pushed the paparazzo away, I hate crowds, I have claustrophobia, I find it difficult to breathe. After two minutes of steadying my breathing.

I walked inside to see my family my father, mother, Nate, Kaden, Leila and logan all were standing and talking.

Being stuck in a crowded place and dying is better than seeing this, it hurts, it hurts so much knowing they all are happy without me their daughter, their sister.

I blinked my eyes rapidly, not wanting the tears to flow I was looking at them when logan saw me and shouted "aunt deliiii" and came running towards me leaving his mother's hand. Everyone turned towards me, my mother and father looked at each other, Leila glaring at me, Nate with a blank expression on his face Kaden smiling widely at me.

I crouched down and hugged my nephew "hey there little guy" I ruffled his hair he giggled and said "aunt my hair" He pouted and tried combing it with his little fingers, then he lifted both his hands signalling me to carry him.

I lifted him up and walked towards the family, Kaden was first person  to come and hug me with logan in the middle "Hey sweet pea, you're looking beautiful" He said "Hi, thanks Kaden".

He pulled away from the hug and looked at me with concern and asked "Are you okay?" Because I only call him Kaden if I am upset or angry, I just gave him a good fake smile and said "yes yes! why wouldn't I be?"

He knew something was wrong but he said nothing and took logan from my arms, who was playing with my hair all this time.

Then Nate nodded his head at me and said "Hey delilah"  I nodded my head giving him a small smile "Hi Nate". When Leila came and gave me a light hug to which I returned and mentally scoffed she started her act "Hi delilah where is Ezra? Didn't he come?" She asked with a small smirk on her face.

I gave her a very sweet smile and said "No, he is busy. Will be joining later" I kept my answer short.

My mother came and hugged me "My baby, you're looking good, still you could have chosen some other bright colored dress like red or green"

I scoffed  and pulled away from her and said "Sorry mother I didn't have much time to go shopping as I didn't even know, there is a party tonight, maybe if you remember that you have a daughter next time and tell me about the event I'll try to dress up nicely" This shut my mother's mouth as she looks shocked with my answer.

"Delilah you know we sent the invitation to Ezra" my father spoke "oh yes yes father how could I forget that moment, when I had to find out my father is retiring and my brother is taking his post as the CEO of the Adler corporation by an invitation sent to my husband" I spoke with venom in my voice.

Everyone was dead silent by my answer, now they don't have any come back do they?

"I don't want to spoil this special day of yours father, please don't mind me and all of you enjoy your time with your family and congratulations Nate" I said this and walked away to get a drink for myself.

I went to the bar and sat on the stool "I'll have water please" As I said to the bartender who looked good with his blond hair messy and grey eyes "Bad day?" He asked as he placed water on the counter.

I took the water and drank it and said "More like a bad month" He nodded his head and asked "need any drink to lift your mood up" Showing his white pearl like teeth.
I shake my head "no no I am good".
