"Daddy," she innocently smiled. Allwyn shook his head and shut the door behind him.

"Don't "Daddy" me! Why didn't you tell me?" Allwyn asked, sitting in the warm swivel chair. Tori dropped her arms and allowed her cardigan to slip to the sides.

"I was going to, but the past few months have been hectic," Tori sighed. Allwyn dropped his hands to his lap.

"What's been happening?" He genuinely asked, seeing the stress weigh on his daughter. Tori took a deep breath before strolling down memory lane, dating back to the first day of school.

In the living room, Abiah laid on the couch as Julie and Noah came in the house. "Hey, guys!" Julie smiled, putting her daughter down and watching the boys run off to Noah's old room to play video games.

"Hey, auntie," Irie smiled, letting Sampson down to go play with Jaiden.

"Mhmm," Abiah mumbled, from the couch. As Noah got pulled away from the house by André, Julie gravitated towards her niece on the couch.

"Hey, sleepy head. Wake up. It's family time!" Julie smiled, sitting next to her nieces abdomen. Instinctively, Abiah turned farther onto her side, hiding her belly in the thick material.

"I'm tired of family time," she mumbled. Julie chuckled a bit , and leaned back over Abiah's legs.

"You're telling me. I have to go pick up my sister from the airport at midnight. She's spending the next few weeks with us while on break," Julie replied. Abiah pulled her arms around her stomach, feeling a bit nauseous from a dish her grandmother was preparing, but continued to lay still. Noticing her niece's position, Julie leaned in a bit closer, not to be loud. "Biah, you okay? You look a little pale," Julie asked. Abiah nodded for a second, before pushing her way off the couch and sprinting to the hallway bathroom. "Biah!" Julie called, getting Laura and Irie's attention.

"What happened?" Irie automatically asked as she wiped off her hands and left the kitchen.

"I don't know, she was looking pale and then she ran off," Julie answered. Irie immediately followed her sister to the bathroom and slid in the unlocked door as Julie took Irie's place in the kitchen.

"Bean, you okay?" Irie asked, sitting on the edge of the tub and holding her sisters hair. The fourteen-year-old shook her head.

"Irie, get mommy," Abiah cried, never having felt that type of pain before and having no clue what it was. And since Irie had only made it to the previous week, she had no idea what was happening. The twenty-one-year old scrambled out of the bathroom and beat on her mothers door, frantically.

"Irie, I'm in the middle of something. Can this wait?" Tori asked. Irie shook her head.

"It's Biah, she's in the bathroom and I think she's in pain," Iriella freaked, causing Tori's blood pressure to rise. The mom of four didn't want to get too worked up over nothing and took a deep breath. "Give me one second, daddy," Tori said. Allwyn excused her, and watched his granddaughter follow his daughter to the bathroom.

"Keep your hand over it, lord. Let my granddaughter and great grandbaby be alright," Allwyn prayed.

In the bathroom, Abiah sat on the end of the tub clutching her stomach. "Where does it hurt, and what does it feel like?" Tori asked, praying her daughter wasn't going through what she had just done.

"It feels like a pulling in my stomach," Abiah replied, trying to take deep breaths and not panic. "Is my baby okay? Mommy, what's going on?" Abiah cried. Tori felt her daughters stomach and it wasn't hard, which was a good sign. And she wasn't bleeding, which was a better sign.
