Chapter 18

As we rolled, still clanged together on the dirt till we came to a stop. I was coughing badly to get the dirt out of my mouth and lungs while the iron was really affecting me sense I was now caked with it as I couldn't get up du to a human boy who was on top of me. He gave a few hard coughs as well before prompting his elbows up and looked at my face that was a few inches away. As he quickly blushed realizing the situation of him pinning a girl to the ground. He quickly went to get off as he patted himself off. However he noticed that I wasn't moving as he went and squatted down to me as he poked my face a little as I slowly moved to sit up.

"Never........again." I said as he offered a hand to help me up. By now my leg was pouring out blood as I kept twitching to the burning. You can tell there were little burn spots all around my body. as Keith quickly put my arm around his shoulders as he ran with me trying to catch up as we ran towards Shiro.

"Shiro where are YOU!"

"I'm in a cave... some nasty creatures have me cornered so no biggy.......On second thought you better hurry."

"Why?" Keith questioned.

"Because they just started digging."

That resulted to running faster as he quickly regarded my arm and ran somewhere else. I laugh at how he's abandoning his friend in his moment of need as I go down still to protect the good looking human.

I see Shiro surrounded as I slid down the cliff the creatures eyes went quickly to me as Shiro looked excited at thinking it was Keith before he quickly groaned at seeing it was I VIOLET!

"GET" I yelled as I spread my wings out threatening. However, this trick didn't work seeing as how they smelled the blood and instantly ran for me instead of Shiro.

"RUNNNN!" He yelled at me while I simply get into a fighting stance while my wings acted as blades coming from my back as I menicly (Scary badass face/pose ) looked at the creatures in front out me,
