"My father used to tell me that the stars in the sky were representing the life of the fallen lives." Said slowly Mary with a grin, stretching her arms in front of her as if trying to catch what was above her.

"And did you believe it ?" Damon asked, rolling to the side and wrapping his arms around his wife.

"Until my nine years old, I did." She chuckled and rested her arms on her stomach. "But then, I met Sarah and she told me that stars were only astronomical objects."

A silence, filled by the heavy breath of the man before he wondered : "Do you believe in magic?"

"Before my eleven years," Mary chuckled at a memory. "I was waiting for my letter saying that I was accepted to hogwarts. But I soon understood that the world of Harry Potter only existed in our brain."

"Maybe our Quinn will be a witch." Smiled Damon, kissing his woman on the cheek.

"And she will be the strongest of them all, fighting an evil wizard and protecting us all." Laughed Mary.

Damon smiled, held the hand of his wife tighter, and said softly with a faint smile : "If she wants to be a famous actress, we will be there for her. If she wants to be a doctor, we will help her. And whatever she chose, we will be there for her."

"Always . . ."

"And forever." Completed the man.

"Quinn" Cried out Mary Wellbone, running towards her daughter walking calmly out of a dark forest.

"Mama !" The little girl of four screamed in a grin, falling into the embrace of her mother.

"Where were you ?" The woman worried, looking everywhere on the child's body for any injuries. "Why did you go ?"

" There was a boy !" Exclaimed the girl. "And it was not the first time I was seeing him."

Mary gasped, understanding that her daughter had followed a stranger into the forest. She surely had met at the market, she believed in a grimace, stroking the cheek of her girl in a concerned way.

"He went inside a house near a big cliff !" Quinn emphasised the word 'big'. "And I knew what his name was when he looked at me !"

"His name ?" Her girl knew the name of the stranger she followed. Now, that was enough for Mary to worry even more. "Did he told you when you followed him ?"

Quinn shook her head with a smile, her soft auburn hair moving with her hair. " Nu-uh. I guessed it !"

"And what was his name ?"

The little of four smiled even wider and she said in a song tone : "I called him : 'the old boy !"
