"Wren, can we please sit somewhere else?" Hannah asked us as we sat down at the table. Wren and Hannah sat on the opposite side of Oliver and me.

Oliver seemed quiet as we got out of the car and went inside. He didn't say a whole lot to any of us.

"Hannah, if you keep complaining, I'm not going to go on any more dates with you," Wren said glaring at her. Hannah sighed, knowing that Wren had clearly had enough of her asking to go to a different table.

I wish she had given up the first 100 times she asked, but she doesn't stop.

"What can I get you guys to drink?" the waiter asked as he came up to our table.

"I'll have water,"

"Same"

"I'll have a Coke."

"I'll have a Sprite."

Once we all gave our drink orders the waiter left, which then left us all in very awkward silence.

"So, Oliver, how long have you known Beverly?" Hannah asked him.

"A few years, we don't talk a whole lot, but when she called me up yesterday asking if I was interested in going on a double date with her friend and his girlfriend, I instantly agreed," Oliver said turning to me and smiling.

Oliver was incredibly sweet, but he wasn't my type, at all.

"Wait, I thought you guys were dating?" Hannah looked at both of us confused. I shook my head 'no'.

"No, I'm actually single at the moment. I'm not a big fan of the dating scene. I like to fly solo, and have a little fun every once and a while." I said.

"Is that how you met Wrennly? By hooking up with him?" she asked.

"No, we met at a college party not too long ago. We had a few drinks and talked, but after that, we didn't see each other for a few months until I showed up at a bar that he was at. Then we started catching up and found out that we had a good amount of stuff in common and we wanted to be friends."

"Since you're friends, I assume he told you how we met."

I nodded. "Well I more guessed it, and he didn't deny. I guessed that he met you at Hooters, you guys slept together in the bathroom after your shift, or during your break. And you couldn't have enough, so you asked him out,"

Hannah blushed awkwardly. "Don't worry, I don't judge you. I don't have the best love stories either." I admitted.

Hannah laughed. "I guess it is a bit cringy of a story. I do wish you wouldn't have told her. It's embarrassing." Hannah said looking at Wren.

"Well if it is so embarrassing, why did you do it?" Oliver asked her.

Hannah's smiling and embarrassed face were now gone. She turned away from Wren and glared at Oliver. "Sometimes you just need a good time. And since you seem too judgemental, how did you meet Beverly. It can't be any better than mine and Wrennies."

"We met at a dinner. A family dinner. We were friends for a little bit, I started to get feelings, I told her, and she didn't feel the same. She told me that we were only meant to be friends. But one night we both got drunk and had sex. And now, every so often, she calls me up and we hang out. So yours is worse." Oliver said smiling.

Hannah rolled her eyes before adding another few harsh words to Oliver. "So basically she uses you?"

Oliver looked at me and shrugged. "I did the same. And you used Wren at your job that night, didn't you? And Hannah, stop being such a bitch. Please. It's not attractive. We all just want to enjoy our dinner. I know I don't know anything about you, but after being around you for a good 1 hour, I've started to hate you. And I'm not the type of person to hate others."
