20. Him

[name] had returned home with her loose clothes wrapped around herself tightly. The ride home was awkward as both Sanemi and Obanai's nose were bleeding a tad bit too much and [name] could only hurry home as she felt a little too exposed.

She soon descended into the courtyard and ran past Haizaki who was waiting for her return, only for him to have a scowl on his face as he looked at the two male wizards who had bleeding noses.

"How much did you see?" he asked in a voice that made them break out into a sweat. Kaburamaru then not understanding the situation, but was considered one of the creatures that could be tamed by a Shadow Wizard, started to slither around Obanai's body, showing Haizaki where they had seen.

"KABURAMARU!"

"YOUR FUCKING SNAKE JUST SNITCH ON US!"

"Better fucking run then," Haizaki spoke out with a smile on his face as his eyes were closed. Obanai and Sanemi then quickly mounted onto their broomsticks once more and flew away as Haizaki whistled for [name]'s broomstick to come to him.

"Hot-headed as ever," Yoriichi spoke out and Hotaru could only chuckle in response as they watched Haizaki chasing after his juniors, trying to murder them for seeing most of [name]'s bare skin.

[name] ran down the hallway and soon ran past Kyojuro who wanted to call out to her, only to notice the form she was in. He then waited as she slammed into her room and quickly put on her perfect sized clothes instead. She then sighed in relief as she looked at herself in the full-length mirror that appeared in her room.

She then placed her hand against her heart as she remembered the event that happened earlier on. She remembered those pairs of heterochromia eyes as well as pale purple eyes looking at her, and she couldn't help but allow her heart to pound hard against her chest as she flushed red.

Talk about embarrassing.

She soon flopped herself onto her bed as she screamed into her pillow, trying to calm herself down. Her face still flushed red despite all that had already happened and soon a knock was heard on the door.

The door to her room soon opened and [name] sensed the familiar presence of her close friend, Rengoku Kyojuro. She then felt her bed sinking down, and soon knew that he had taken a seat on her bed. She then heard him chuckle as he patted her on her head, and soon she lifted her head up and showed him a pout.

"How was the mission?" he asked and [name] narrowed her eyes slightly.

"As if I know. I only know I landed in Obanai's arms and was practically close to being naked!" [name] whined out and Kyojuro chuckled once more which [name] then hurled a pillow at him in response.

"IT'S NOT FUNNY! I WAS CLOSE TO BEING NAKED KYOJURO!"

"You do know that they are in love with you right? It doesn't matter to them, they will still love you," Kyojuro spoke out and [name] sighed and buried her head into her pillow once more, screaming again.

"I know..." she whispered out and a deep blush appeared on her face.

"It's hard to pretend that I don't know. But I can't anymore. I'm leaning towards one of them already," [name] whispered out and Kyojuro chuckled.

"So, you're stuck in between the both of them?" he asked, and [name] soon sat up with a soft smile on her face.

"Nii-san was right. I couldn't bring myself to love anybody properly because I couldn't love myself. But then, when I looked into his eyes recently. When I felt his touch, I couldn't help but let my heart pound hard against my chest and wanting him even more," [name] answered and Kyojuro could only laugh.
