3 days later.
Nova put popcorn down for her and Christian. It was movie night just like any other Tuesday.
Astrik had gone to help Macie and Ronan in the woods. So they were on there own.
"Nova? What's going on with you? You're never home strange things and people come knocking on our front door then they try to kill each other and one of them can't remember stuff and it seems like you're helping everything. Are you like a superhero or something?"
Nova wished she could be a superhero then she wouldn't have to die or deal with saving 2 different worlds. Well maybe she would but she isn't Superman, or The Green Lantern, or even the Hulk (which she thought was cool but didn't say)
"I wish" she said.
"Then what's going on?"
Nova didn't want to tell him. He was innocent, she didn't want him hurt or scared. If she told him would he be afraid?
"I have to ask you something first. If I told you what I was would you turn your back on me?And if I seem dangerous would you be scared?I get the feeling just because everything I touch isn't dark enough that this problem lies in me."
He laughed "stop quoting Imagine Dragons and tell me please?"
"Christian Please."
"Fine. I got your back."
"I'm not from here, I'm from a world in between Purgatory and Hell called Chrystler. It's a place where you can fly because you can't touch the grass. If you light a fire you could burn down everything in half a second and if you touched the ice it would burn a whole in your heart. Only children are there and they come to the world when they are 18 and given fake memories and a quest. I have the world Unless on my back for as long as I could remember and no one can save me. I have to fight the dark giant by releasing something in me, that can only be released when I die. So tomorrow I need you to kill me." It was the hardest thing Nova could ever say.
