Beacon

Beacon was in Chaos after Jaune left. Velvet didn't even care if Cardin bullied her. Team RWBY, CVFY, NPR took it way worse. Team RWBY was less active, NPR was broken after he left, but Ruby and Pyrrha took it the hardest. CVFY was depressed however they didn't show it easily. However, that will soon change.

Timeskip

Ozpins POV

   "I had sent team after team, all for them to fail."

I then walked over to the window and saw a pillar of light and the energy around the area was skyrocketing. 

" Team RWBY and PNR, please come to my office, please." 

No One's POV

Emerald Forest

   Haydin had just revealed his secrets to his teammates, his old life, his time at Beacon, and how he entered the Battlegrounds. He expected them to hate him, but Lizzie hugged him tightly, crying her eyes out.

Lizzie: "It d-d-doesn't matter who you were your still my teammate and lover, Haydin."

Trevor: "It doesn't matter what you lied about, was our friendship a lie? Fuck no it wasn't."

Catherin: "I agree, you were the one who helped us through our darkest hours and we're grateful because if not for you, we wouldn't be here." 

Haydin: "Thank you, I needed to hear that."

Then suddenly

GRRRRR

They all whipped around and saw a pack of Beowulfs and Ursa standing behind the four.

Haydin: "Team HLCT........... Weapons free."

All four charged at the pack with no fear. Unbeknownst to them, two teams were watching them fight.

A few minutes ago 

RWBY POV

Ruby: "So Ozpin sent us on a scouting mission?" 

Wiess: "Obviously dolt."

Blake: "I wonder what he detected that was so important."

Yang: "I don't know, but I hope we get to fight something." She says, activating her gauntlets. 

Wiess: "That seems unlikely, Yang." Giving Yang a stern look.

Pnr, for the most part, was mostly quiet, still mourning from the loss of their leader.

 Rwby was depressed also but was hiding it very well.

Suddenly, they heard talking in the Forest and started moving towards the sound. 

Present

3rd POV

Haydin and his team met the Grimm halfway and well were destroying the Grimm left right and center. The battle was over very quickly. Haydin had just told his teammates to load everything into the truck, Until...

Crack

A snap of a twig on the ground had team HLCT on edge and they all whipped around towards the origin of the sound.

???: "Ok maybe they didn't hear tha-"

Haydin: "Come out now or else we fire." As his team takes the safeties off on their weapons.

They reluctantly walked out from their cover and into the line of sight of Haydin's team. 

Haydin: "Well well well Team RWBY and PNR nice to see you again traitors." He says, Traitors in Venomous tone.

Wiess: "Who are you and how do you know us?!"

Haydin: " Oh you should recognize me, snow angel."

Ruby in mind: Wait only Jaune called her that so that means.

Ruby stepped forward, "J-Jaune?"

Haydin: "Hey there CraterFace"
