“I really want to kiss you.” I said while staring at her soft, pink, plump, lips.

“Then do it” I heard her whisper as I closed my eyes, our faces were centimeters apart and I wanted to kiss her.

But I wanted to be sure this was what she wanted, I wanted to know that I was what she wanted.

That she didn’t just kiss me because I had asked her, or because she felt like she was in the moment.

“Hey guys” I heard someone say, someone who wasn’t that close, but not that far either.

I pulled away from Rebecca and had to control the scowl that almost made its way onto my lips as Becca’s brother, James, Walked up to us with a couple of other people.

“Time to go.” I said while looking down at Rebecca, her cheeks were flushed and she had this dazed look in her eyes as she looked at me. “Come one Becca, just take off the shirt so that we can join our friends.” I said in a somewhat giddy voice.

“Whoa!” I heard one of James friends say when he saw me. “The ice queen is here.” He said while smirking.

I snorted when he said that as Rebecca tried to sit herself up, but I pushed her back down.

I then noticed that James had brought three girls, and two guys. Friends of his I would guess. But from what I knew… they were some of the meanest people at school.

“Whoa, damn ice queen. Who knew that under that ugly uniform you had a hot body.” One of the guys said.

“Watch out Brad.” I heard James say. “She’s mine.” He said in a cocky way. But in a way people say when they are talking about material objects, not people.

“Of course Baby.” I said while rolling my eyes at him.

“Now, now, babe.” He said while walking up to me. “Should I be worried that you’re sitting on top of my sister?” he said while looking down at us.

I noticed how his friends set their stuff down next to ours, making themselves at complete home, as if they were invited here, personally.

“Do you even care?” I said sarcastically while looking up at him with an annoyed expression.

“Well… I mean I said you could hook up with other people after we get married, but my sister.” He said while shuttering. “I would think you would at least choose a guy.”

I ignored him as I finished pulling the shirt off of Rebecca and smiled when I noticed the burgundy colored top she had on, she was also wearing a two piece.

“Come on baby, let’s go play in the water.” I heard the school’s main bitch say as she dragged James away.

“Brenda” I heard him say before I heard a feminine squeal.

I ignored it though, I didn’t care about what he chose to do on his spare time.

“Come on Becca, you have no shirt on, can we go play in the water now?” I asked her with a small smirk.

“I can play with you” I heard one of James friends say.

I turned to look at him and smile. “No thanks, I have friends who occupy that position.” I said before standing up, holding out my hand for Rebecca who I helped stand up, then we walked to the water together.

Everybody was already completely soaked when we reached the water.

“What took you guys so long?” I heard Jimmy say as she splashed Melody.
