Savior - Kirito x OC

Chapter Twelve

   -Misaki's P.O.V-

        Kirito and I fall asleep, in each other's arms. It was amazing. The next day we got up, ate some food, and continued our journey. We've successfully got the same metal and make it back to Lisbeth before dark. Kirito opens up the shop door for me and gestures me to walk in first. We find Lisbeth still in the back room of hr shop, finishing up my bow. I give her the metal and she smiles and starts working on my arrows. Kirito and I wait and sit down on the floor, talking.

        "Are you as excited as I am?" I say happily, kinda squealing as I talk.

        "Of course, it's just amazing how you're the only archer in the game."

        "I know!" I squeal and Kirito laughs, pokes the side of my belly which tickles and makes me laugh with him. He's soon tickling me and I'm laughing like crazy. I twist and turn and try to run away from him. I manage to stand up and run to the other end of the room, Kirito gets up to and chases me around like we're playing tag. He grabs me from behind and tickles me again. I try to swat away his hands and I'm back on the ground, "fighting" him. I try to push him away."S-stop!" I say in between breaths. "M-my stomach... O-ow!" 

        "Okay guys, I'm done." Lisbeth says as she hands me my new bow and quiver full of arrows. "So, you know how you're arrows replenish themselves?" I nod. "Well, I managed to do the same thing with these, it's the quiver that causes that to happen." I nod my head again and smile like a maniac at my new bow. It's amazing. I look in my inventory for it and it's called, Sky Piercer. What a cliche name for a bow, but I don't really mind. Lisbeth has a target set up behind her shop and leads both Kirito and I to it. I stand about sixty feet away, because why not, and unsheathe an arrows, draw back the bowstring and release. I watch my arrow almost teleport to the middle of the target. That's how fast it cut through the air. Lisbeth and Kirito clap while I go to retrieve it, even though I don't really have to.

        "Amazing!" Lisbeth nearly shouts happily. I go to hug her.

        "Thanks so much, Lisbeth." I say while hugging her and give her a bag full of money. 

        "No, no, no. Keep the money. The bow's on me." She says and makes this Jazz Hands gesture while shaking her head.

        "If you say so." I simply say and put the money back where I got it from.

        It's been about two days since I got my new bow. I'm walking around the middle of the Town of Beginnings, looking for where I can buy a new house with all of my money. I know I'm the richest person in the game, but I just kinda want to waste some money today. I wander through the town in my once again, usual clothes. I'm wearing the same black mini skirt,  light purple crop-top, and the same shoes. I look around trying to find the shop but I fail, miserable. I look like a lost puppy. Many people stop and say hi to me, and I run into Silica. We have a short conversation.

        "Hey Misaki."

        "Oh, Hi Silica, long time no see." I say and hug her.

        "Mhm, how are you?"

        I sigh. "Fine, you?"

        She shrugs. "Same."

        We wave goodbye and I continue my wandering. I find two figures sitting on the edge of the water fountain on one side of town. I see the sign with a house on it and walk towards it. I glance back at the two figures and see Asuna's too familiar light brown hair and Kirito. They're sitting there talking, smiling, laughing, having a great time. I huff and feel the urge to tear the two apart. I notice Asuna slowly leaning closer and closer to Kirito, which makes my blood boil. Kirito notices it too and slowly leans back, and away from Asuna. She then crashes her lips to him and closes her eyes. I feel tears well up in mine. Kirito keeps his eyes wide open and looks shocked. I see him glance my way and I dart into the shop. I hope he didn't see me. I  don't notice the tears slowly rolling down my cheeks. The man behind the counter looks worried.

        "Are you okay, Misaki?" 

        I nod my head but I don't bother wiping away the tears. "I'm fine."
