-Misaki's P.O.V-
After moving into my new home on floor fifty-four, I think that it's about time to go back to fighting on the front lines. Today, there's another meeting to fight the boss on floor fifty-seven. Many of the scouts have found the room, went inside to check it out, and only a few of them made it out alive. We've gathered up all of Sword Art Online's best players, myself included. I'm leaning on one of the pillar's holding up a huge gazebo that they've picked as the meeting spot. A stray strand of hair falls onto my face and I blow it away, but it keep falling again. I keep myself busy trying to blow it out of the way until a boy who looks at least a year or two older than me. He has brown hair and blue eyes, and has a serious expression spreading across his features.
"You're Misaki, right?" He asks me. I nod. "I'm Hiroshi. It's an honor."
"The honor is mine." I simply say and shake his hand firmly. I see Kirito and Asuna standing on the other side but I try my best not to look at the two of them. In the corner of my eye I see Kirito trying to catch it, but that's not going happen anytime soon. Hiroshi and I have a pleasant conversation. it turns out that he came into the game with his twin sister but, she died last year. Murdered by another player.
"I know how you feel..." I whisper and glance down at my hands then maintain eye contact with Hiroshi. He nods silently.
'Well, better get the meeting started." He says and walks into the center of the gazebo. This grabs everyone's attention. "Welcome, everybody." He says and gestures to all of us, especially me. The crown becomes quiet and we all give him our attention. "As you all know, we've found the boss, and to be completely honest with you, I just want to get this over with." People laugh and huff and nudge one another smiling, agreeing with him. Hiroshi pauses.
"Get on with it!" Someone yells from the crowd, Hiroshi smiles faintly.
"Well, let's do this!" He shouts and pumps his fist in the air, everyone cheers and joins him. He leads us through the dense forest, and I run up to the front to catch up with him. We talk about the strategy, I motion a lot with my hands and I throw my arms in the air for emphases. Hiroshi nods intently as I go on and on and on about pointless things. Sometimes he would interrupt me to say a clever joke or tell me his own opinion. After a while I hear Kirito's familiar voice talking to Klein, who I honestly didn't see. I turn around and give Klein a bright smile while ignoring Kirito all the while.
We arrive at the cave where there's supposed to be the entrance to the dungeon. People light up their torches - I have no idea where they got them - and we walk into the cave.
Hiroshi soon stops us in front of two large silver double doors. Without a warning he pushes them open and the room lights up immediately. We all hear the sickening sound of wings beating and in a flash the boos is from one side of the room to the other. It's so fast, we can't do this, I'm doubting it, our strategy, everything. The boss seems to be an angel. Yes, an angel with midnight blue wings and wields a bow. I pull mine out and draw the bowstring back with several arrows loaded. I release and in a flash I pierce the angel's chest. But my arrows disappear and it's health doesn't even go down one bit.
"We're screwed.." I mutter and look behind me, all of the rest of the players stand there in shock, not willing to attack.
