The sun was peeking through the windows of the Avengers Compound as Peter was bench pressing in the gym. In the last two weeks he has gotten used to life at the Compound. He doesn't really see much of the Avengers and when he does it normally is just in passing. After the initial culture shock of moving into the Avengers Compound he actually grew to like the place, especially the labs that Pepper had showed him.
Peter started lifting a ton weight over his head when the door to the gym opened and Carol Danvers walked in wearing her very tight leggings and equally tight tank top. Peter gulped but ignored her and went back to his exercises. "So you're the Spider-Man right?" asked a voice from behind him. He kept his work out going but didn't look, "Yeah that's me," he grunted in response. "How good is your fighting?" asked Carol as she stepped into his line of vision. "Kept me alive this long," commented Peter as he set down the weight on the ground and grabbed his towel off of the bench and used it to wipe off the sweat from his workout. Then his spider sense went off alerting him to danger behind him.
Peter back flipped behind his assailant and kicked her in the back sending her crashing into the wall of the gym. That's when he realized it was Captain Marvel herself that was attacking. She got off of the ground and stood back into a fighting stance, "Nice moves you got there Spider-Man, but let's see what you really got." Carol charged at him, the two fought each other for what felt like an hour but eventually she managed to get Peter into an arm bar to which he submitted. She stood up and held out her hand helping Peter to his feet, "Gotta say Spidey I am impressed; when I fought Clint or Sam they never even got past the five minute mark. You may be the most skilled in hand to hand combat other than myself."
"Thanks Miss Danvers," gasped Peter as he took a deep gulp of his water bottle. "If you want any one-to-one training sessions just stop by my room and let me know," said Carol as she gave Peter a hug and left the gym. Peter watched her leave, "Huh she's friendlier than what the other Avenger's say she is."

Michelle sat in her room staring at the Spider-Man plushie that she had on her bed. Her obsession with both Spider-Man and Peter had peeked and she had even tapped a photo of Peter to the stuffed hero. "I don't know why you don't notice me! I mean come on I tried being nice to you for two weeks but you don't seem to notice! I tried wearing nicer clothes and putting on make-up but nooooo! That doesn't attract you what-so-ever!" said Michelle as she picked up the stuffed plushie and held it to her chest. "Maybe I should be more direct with you," she said to herself in a voice just above a whisper.
"Maybe I should just tell you that I have feelings for you?" questioned Michelle as she held the Spider-Man plushie up and stared at the unblinking eyes of Peter Parker that was tapped to the stuffed toy. "That's what I'll do then. I'll tell you I love you right to your face," she said with a bright smile as she kissed the picture leaving a small lipstick impression upon the photo of the boy that she was obsessed with.

It was Monday morning and Peter was walking through the corridors of Midtown High with his best friend Ned as they were both immersed in their own conversation about a new Lego set that had come out honoring the Avengers. They were both excited as it came with a Spider-Man mini-figure that they were both putting on pre-order. "Come on man this is like huge we gotta celebrate this momentous occasion in your career! How about we both go to Dairy Queen tonight and go absolutely nuts!" said Ned with an excited whisper. "As awesome as that is I gotta tutor Cindy Moon tonight for chem and biology but maybe this weekend you can come to the compound and we can hangout in my labs," said Peter with a smile.
"Dude that totally kicks my idea's butt," said Ned as they both did their handshake and separated going to their classes. "Hey Parker!" yelled a voice through the hall gaining the attention of the super teen. He turned to see Michelle Jones approaching him. She somehow looked different, her hair was straightened and she was wearing make-up and a skirt. What the hell does she want!?
