Saiki sat dumbfounded as he subconsciously clutched the controller in his hands a bit tighter.

He glanced to the side with disbelief inside but nonchalance outside.

Kaidou was playing enthusiastically as he focused solely on the game. His mother allowed him to take a break and he was excited to play with Ayama.

But seems like Saiki was here too! The more, the merrier!

His knitted brows, his concentrated look, his joyous expression, only made Saiki roll his eyes, at least in his mind.

"Here ya go."

Ayama came out od the kitchen and placed a tray of sweets as well as drinks on the small coffee table.

She sat down on the floor, reaching for a paper bag. She checked the various games before asking what the two about them.

There were different games that they could check out after the game Kaidou is playing.

Every game was a new release and some were even a limited edition game that Kaidou couldn't help praise Ayama.

Ayama only offered a smile as she glance sideways, noticing something.

"You okay?"

Ayama raised a brow at Saiki.

Saiki nodded as he took one of the coffee jelly prepared for him.

Once he thought that it was solely prepared for him, the slight discomfort was thoroughly washed away.

He smiled as he ate one with relish.

This was the best. He couldn't care less about one annoyance.

Earlier, he wanted to buy a coffee jelly and the usual debate whether to buy one with the most delicate taste or buy a pack begun.

Ayama chuckled at him as she said to buy ingredients and she'll prepare a batch for him.

Without hesitation, he bought the ingredients. He had known she was making the sweets herself sometime ago.

It was also because of Kaidou but he couldn't bother as he relish the jelly.

Thinking that he would wait for it, he was a bit down. But to his surprise there was already a batch.

He stared at Ayama in doubt why would he need to buy ingredients.

There came her simple answer.

"For the next batch, of course."

Seeing that he was enjoying the coffee jelly, Ayama's lips curved into a small smile.

One must prepare for tomorrow's class.

Aside from Kaidou, Ayama also needs to take care of something.

They were done just after a few games. The sweets and snacks had been eaten clean. The two had praised her once again for her baking skill.

Ayama stood in front of the two with a small smile. Kaidou was still energetically saying thank you as Saiki only gave a thankful nod.

With one last wave of goodbye, the two of them walked away, Ayama's stare linger on Saiki's back before she closed her door expressionless.

She looked at the mess and automatically cleaned up, but her mind was somewhere else.

These past few days... she had discovered something. Something very rare.

So she had to go back to her country and asked for her grandfather's advice. Her family was the only people she had given her trust to and she knew they were the only ones she could approach regarding her matter.
