Barry has been extremely distant lately. For two people that are normally attached at the hip I've only seen him once this week and its making me worry.
So I've decided to follow him, hahaha
I watch as he speaks with a man in the alley way in which looks like a very expensive vehicle.
"Whats your superpower again?" Barry says
"I'm rich" the strange guy says back before he speeds off.
So i decide to drop the act and confront Barry "i thought I was your only rich friend " I shout and get jumps
"Oh shit!! Mel! You scared me darling" he whisper shouts
I frown and continue to give him glares until he finally comes over and wraps his arms around my waist and kissing my forehead. I'm slowly loosing all self control because I'm no longer able to stay mad at him so I return his hug and we pull back.
"You are my only rich friend" he assured me "that guy is not my friend , he's just someone who needs help"
If only he could hear how fast my heart is beating because of his touch, maybe he would share my feelings and one day we can actually be together.

Later that evening I decided to go for a swim, from since I was younger I've always had a connection with the water and everything in it.
The ocean is a large place and before my life span on this earth runs out I've made it my mission to explore all of it and ever since I've received my powers I can breathe underwater which makes it way easier for me.
As the water made contact with my pale skin I braces myself from the drastic change that comes when I take in water instead of air.
