PART .4.

**POV:L**

We made our way outside of the hotel entrance, the strong cold breeze hitting us abruptly. The sky was gray, covered in clouds, it felt like it was going to rain at any moment.

My body was exhausted, about to give out from the amount of energy wasted on that game, but it was worth it. Krow was one of the strongest opponents I ever had, which was refreshing for once.

He was being awfully quiet, unlike in the morning or the day before. Was he feeling uncomfortable with me around? Did I make a terrible impression with my aggressive self? It was most likely the second option... I felt terrible, maybe I went too hard on him and now he was scared of me.

Maybe it was the way I was raised with Canines and Vulpines that fed into my aggressiveness. "Dammit Levi, you did it again, you scared someone off because of your threatening actions." I thought to myself.

"Oh, it's right there!" Said Krow from next to me, snapping me back into reality. He was pointing at some sort of structure hidden between trees.

"Is that... the place?" I asked, truly confused by its outside appearance.

"Yeah, I haven't been there in a while." He replied. Gladly enough, he seemed to be gradually getting more and more like he was before. "Are you sure that thing is going to have what I want?" I responded after seeing how small that thing was...

"If they don't then too bad, I guess the bet is set off..." He grinned, as if thinking he would escape from that. I thought about punching him on the shoulder, but then again, what if he would get even more scared of me?

"Then I would just..." I thought of a snarky remark to reply with, but nothing came to mind that wasn't aggressive. I let out a sigh, which caught Krow off guard.

"... Are you okay?" He asked, looking back at me as we walked. His expression was that of slight worry. "Yeah... Just a bit dizzy..." I replied, trying to fake how I was feeling. He tilted his head.

"Are you sure?" He backed up a bit to be right next to me. "I think maybe that match tired you out..." He said, placing his hand on my arm, as if reassuring me... it felt warm...

"What are you talking about? I demolished you!" I replied, being overly defensive like I always was. Did he actually think that way? That a small match such as that would drain me of my energy? "Okay jeez calm down-" He said, before I instantly cut him off.

"I can knock down a tree with my bare hands right now!" I yelled at the top of my lungs as I growled with energy. "Please don't..." He said, smiling nervously.

"Ugh fine..." I responded, letting out a long sigh. I suddenly felt his gentle hand grabbing onto my wrist as he dragged me to the store. "Let's get this over with before you create a fucking crater." He said, which made me let out a small chuckle.

We made it to the entrance of the store, and surprisingly enough, there was a decent amount of supplies in there, but there didn't seem to be anyone at the cash register...

Krow walked in, and I followed in after him. "You wait here while I go get the thing... whatever it was." He said, and I instantly jumped back as I felt my tail moving back and forth behind me. "Dog treats cheddar cheese flavour with ghost pepper spice!" He looked at me with an odd look.

"Freakin weirdo..." He said, clearly joking, so I didn't really mind it. He walked in deeper into the store, before returning with a huge bag of what I wanted. I felt my entire body getting filled with joy and excitement.

"Good, now pay for it with your own money." I said, pointing at the cash register. I expected someone to pop out at any second, but strangely enough no one did.
