"What was that about?" I questioned Mitchelle shivering.

His cold stern face gave no reply or incline on what had happened. I looked outside the windows intently and occasionally turned my gaze towards Mitchelle.

"Hey, where are we going?" I asked looking out the window at the signs flying past us.

"The National Drugs and Experimentation Facility. " he answered glancing in my direction.

"Experiment?" my voice shook as I spoke.

"Yes." his voice and face were still stern.

I swallowed hard,  "What do you mean?"

"Mary have you noticed any weird things that have happened to you? They would've started back at puberty." he asked with his focus was entirely on me.

The dreams. The dreams started when I was thirteen years old.

"Mary?" he repeated my name with concern in his voice.

"I have. I've experienced horrifying nightmares every time I sleep." my voice cracked while speaking.

Mitchelle let out a sigh for a brief second and glanced at me once again. His green eyes were examining me as we sat at the stop light.

"What?" I asked abruptly.

"Do you feel okay?" his voice grew soft and more concerning.

Now that I had thought about it I felt kinda sick.

"A little," I responded, my tone of voice matching his.

I laid my head back on the seat slowly. I was starting to feel really sick. I closed my eyes and soon after I did the car was approached by a loud thud.

"Wake up Mary!" Mitchelle screamed as he grabbed my bag. "They found you again."

"Who found me? And why does it matter?" I asked yawning.

"They chipped you when your mom drugged you. Every time you sleep or fall into a dream they can find where you are. Oh and you ask why they are trying to find you? Mary you're what everyone wants. The drugs you were given mixed with your very unique blood and formed an electrical force that you can control. You're an experiment." his eyes glanced back at the cars behind him.

The car bumped us again and Mitchelle slammed on brakes. My body jerked forward and my head slammed into the glass in front of me. Soon after that, my world went black.
