Chapter 3: Eggheads

(Thiri's P.O.V)

I was walking around the village for some fresh air, when I suddenly noticed a basket of cookies near Sonic's shack, and I then looked around, and I then said, "Who left these here?" I looked around to see if the cookies belonged to someone, but there was nobody to be found! My stomach growled, and I then said to myself, "I guess I can try one...no, it's not right! I shouldn't-" I then shoved a cookie in my mouth, the crumbs scattering into the ground, and I then belched. My stomach then hurt, and a orange light then started to glow around me, and I then clutched my stomach in pain, and then I passed out!

When I woke up, I saw that I was in a monochromatic white lair, and there was something in my mouth, and I shortly realized it was a cookie! I then said, swallowing the cookie, "What just happened?" I saw that Sonic and his friends were with me, and Tails then said, "I feel like myself again!" Knuckles then said, "I'm also back to feeling like myself again! Knock on wood...*knocks on his head* Who is it?" I then said, " What the neck just-" Dr. Eggman then walked up to us and he was BLUE! He then said, "Yeah, and the best part is: now we're all on the same team! We'll right side by side together! All for one and one for-" Sticks then threw a cookie into his mouth, and he then turned back to normal and said, "Ok, fun's over! I gotta get back to work! Evil doesn't brilliantly plan and execute itself, you know!" He then walked away, and I then said, "Did I miss something?" Sonic responded, "I'll explain on the way back." He smiled at me, and I smiled at him, and we walked away with his friends.
