On the train to Kyoto we see Y/N standing in front of a mirror. He is trying to do what Azazel suggested he do to increase his power. Y/N looks at the mirror then closes his eyes. "I wield the power of Diablos the dragon of hell, the great creation of Lucifer show me the others" Y/N says to himself. Suddenly Y/N wakes up in a white space. All around him are people in black cloaks. They are all quiet and say nothing. This intrigues Y/N so he goes up to one only to see his blank stare. "I'm wearing nothing" a voice whispers in his ear startling him. _______________________________________
I was awaken by a voice saying they were naked. I looked around and saw that I was no longer in that white dimension. Next to me was Xenovia "I said I wasn't wearing anything" she said. "I heard you, please don't do that again you startled me" I replied. "I'm sorry I didn't know you were doing that thing Azazel said you should try" Xenovia said. "Yeah I've already mastered my Rider powers now I need to master the powers of Diablos" I said.
Xenovia and I went back to my seat on the train and sat down. "So how's it been since giving up Durandal?" I asked "it's been hard I'm trying my best to control my power" Xenovia answered. "If you want I can let you borrow Masamune and Murasama" I suggested. "I would love to my love" Xenovia says giving me a kiss on my cheek. After that Xenovia got up and went back to her seat.
Sophie came walking down the isle to my seat and sat down next to me. "So what is the plan when we get to Kyoto?" Sophie asked "as far as I know the groups will be split up and we will be going to separate temples" I answered. "Sounds like fun I've always wanted to see the temples" Sophie said. "Hey Soph I was thinking ever since you've been back you and I haven't spent much time together" I began. "Other than me constantly healing your mortal wounds and watching over you" Sophie said.
"Yeah that is true but what I was thinking is maybe on the last day you and I go and have fun together just the two of us" I said. "So a date basically" Sophie said "yeah a date just you and me no fights no life ending injuries none of that" I said. "That sound great I have been waiting for you to ask" Sophie said with a smile. "You should try and contact the spirits of the Diablos gauntlet now" Sophie said getting up. "Wait how did you know about that?" I asked "I'm your guardian angel" she answered with a wink before she left.
I let out a sigh "there is no way of sneaking anything past her" I said. Now alone again I closed my eyes and began to breathe slowly. Suddenly I woke back up in that dreamspace again with all of those cloaked people.
Inside Of The Diablos Gauntlet
"Like usual no one's talking" I said I looked around some more at all of these people. I tried to get a response from one of them again and got nothing. "I didn't honestly think Diablos would have such a young user" I said looking at this one guy.
"His name was Kaen and he was one of the stronger users" Diablos said. "Really how did he become your wielder?" I asked. "I was never turned into a sacred gear, however I would offer my power to those who needed it, he toppled kingdoms with me and managed to put fear in the great dragon gods until his heart was ripped from his chest and cut into four pieces" Diablos answered.
"That's really brutal and wow this kid scared Ophis and Great Red" I said looking at the kid again. "I hate to say but those who wield the power of Diablos will eventually end up dying, for those it is in very brutal ways" a voice said. I turned around and saw a woman standing behind me. She was wearing a red and black dress with black gloves. She had long red hair and gold eyes.

"Um who are you?" I asked "she is Layla and she was one of the strongest females to wield my power" Diablos answered. "You think little of Ophis even though she is stronger than Diablos and feel sympathy for Great Red" Layla said. "Well not exactly I've seen Ophis and she looks like a small child and Great Red helped me and my friends" I said. "I see, all of us had a power Ophis didn't have" Layla said.
"Ooh was it that really awesome sword?" I asked. "That is one thing but we had a human spirit and will something Ophis overlooks and forgets about" Layla answered. "That's strong too Mephisto may have my soul but he doesn't have my spirit" I said. "That is why you are the strongest male to ever wield the power of Diablos" Layla said. "So can I ask why you are here?" I asked Layla. "I am here to give you an ultimate power the dragon blade has the power of Collbrande, the first Masamune and the first Muramasa along with the power of Ascalon the dragon killer and now Durandal" Layla said.
"Yeah I added those sword's power to mine" I said. "Well all of the users of Diablos and the dragon sword have absorbed the power of other legendary weapons, I am going to give you and your sword all of that power" Layla said. "Really how?" I asked "simple please stamp your foot down" Layla answered.
I did what she said and my sword appeared it was large and had the magma like crust on it. "Now I am going to place all of the power into the blade making it complete" Layla said. She then went to the blade she made her hand glow. Next Layla put her glowing hand on the hilt of the blade. Suddenly a red energy began to flow through the blade. The magma crust began to heat up turning into lava. The lava began to cover the entire blade.
"What's happening to it?" I asked "the blade itself is changing form based on the wielder" Layla answered. "What do you want me to do?" I asked "I want you to grab the handle of the blade to complete the transformation. I walked over to the blade and grabbed what looked like the handle. The lava didn't burn my hand when I touched the handle instead the lava around the blade began to glow. Then the lava began to harden once again. "Now with all of your might pull the sword from the stone" Layla said.
I laughed a bit "just like King Arthur" I said. I tried to pull the sword with one hand but nothing happened. Next I grabbed the blade handle with both of my hands. Then with all of my strength I pulled the sword up making the stone crumble into pieces. The sword was larger and looked more badass the guard was two dragon heads breathing fire. The pomel had flames coming out of it. The blade itself was long and had curved edges on each side and an arrow like point on the end

"I present to you the new and improved dragon sword" I said swinging the sword now. Layla clapped for me "now that you have that channeling all of our power will be easier" she said. "I don't know how to thank you" I said "don't just make sure to wield that blade with pride" Layla said before she vanished.
Real World
I woke up back on the train immediately I looked around and saw that people were still asleep. I got up and stretched a bit my hand began to glow "I can't wait to see use that sword master" Diablos said "same I want to try it out on some strong opponents" I replied. "Don't forget you can also infuse my power into the blade as well" Zarathos said. "Really that's cool now I'll be unstoppable we'll definitely beat Sairaorg next time" I said.
The voice over the intercom came on and announced that we would be arriving to Kyoto very shortly. I grabbed my stuff and got ready for the train to stop. "Here we come Kyoto" I said.
A/N: Hey readers I hope you liked today's chapter. I'm trying something new I'm going to try to publish two chapters per episode. The reason why is that there is only 12 episodes in the HERO season of DXD. I don't want to simply just do 12 regular chapters for you and end it there. I want to be able to post as many chapters for you readers.
