Jinyoung was pushed onto the ground as Chan hit him multiple times already as Jinyoung failed to get Chan's favorite dessert for lunch. He apologized numerous times as Chan threatened him, "Do you want to end up like Sanha?!"
Jaemin, who was resting on the side with Donghyuck and Seungkwan, turned his attention to watch Chan handle his business as he scoffed lightly to himself. He found it quite ironic actually how they're up in the rooftop, a few feet from where Sanha initially had jumped off. Donghyuck rolled his eyes as he yelled at the two, "Can we finish up now? We got to go to class since we don't the teachers to suspect anything."
Jinyoung was then pushed against the wall as he whimpered to himself as Chan brushed off his own pants and hands as he was finished "teaching Jinyoung a lesson" as he stretched his arms out. He turned to his friends as he called them out saying, "Yo, we got basketball practice after this today. Seungkwan, you buy dinner tonight."
Seungkwan groaned loudly as he started to make his way over to Chan as Jaemin and Donghyuck soon followed pursuit as Chan laughed with them. Seungkwan hit the top of Jinyoung's head as he left, as Donghyuck and Jaemin did the same. Jinyoung sniffed as he wiped the blood off the side of his lip as he stood up carefully as he stared out towards the view of the city below him.
He couldn't believe that Sanha was here almost two weeks ago, probably feeling as lonely and desperate as he was. He wiped the tears running down his face as Jinyoung started to cry even more, "I'm sorry for doing that to you... I'm sorry for leaving you alone..I'm sorry for making this all happen."
"It's not your fault."
Jinyoung wiped his tears off as he turned his attention towards Junho, who was waiting for him against the entrance of the rooftop. He made his way over to Jinyoung and wrapped his arms around him gently, patting his back as he whispered calmly, "It's not your fault."
"It is."
"It's not."
Jinyoung buried his face against his shoulder as he let out all his tears as he felt even more worse than before. Junho quietly accepted it as the class president sighed heavily as he knew that he would be late for class after comforting Jinyoung.
Gyuri was heading home as her shift was coming to a late end again as she was staring at her computer screen. She yawned quietly to herself as she smiled with excitement as she wanted to eat some food to herself afterwards. She remembered that Taehyung probably wasn't leaving the office as well since he was probably working all night. She stood up quietly before getting a great idea as she ran out of the station to the convenient store nearby.
She purchased two lunchboxes before arriving back to her office. She knew that despite his crazily annoying side, she wanted to maintain a good relationship with him. She carefully cleared her throat as she played with the plastic bag she was holding onto tightly. She knew that there were two scenarios that could happen. Either she will be cussed out by her captain, or she will be eating in a different room. She was going to accept both reactions.
But before she got the chance to knock on the door, Taehyung opened the door without much thought as Gyuri widened her eyes as she was surprised. She bit her lip nervously as Taehyung was also caught off guard as he blinked quietly before she got the courage to say, "I was wondering if you were hungry-"
"Put the food down, we need to go."
Taehyung walked out of the room already before Gyuri had a chance to place the containers down on the table as she chased after him as Taehyung called for backup. He got into his car as he called Jungkook since he knew that Jungkook was probably the closest out of everyone to come on time.
Gyuri grabbed her tote as she quickly ran outside to the car so that she can get in before Taehyung would drive off on his own. She put on her seatbelt as Taehyung started to drive out of the police station as the stars of the night sky dazzled brightly as he drove by.
Staring quietly outside, she carefully asked, "What's the matter?"
"Emergency. There's apparently another kid up at the top of the roof right now, and all the students are basically there too."
Gyuri widened her eyes as she turned around to face Taehyung once more. "Do you know the exact reason?"
"It may be correlated to the issue that Sanha was going through? I have no idea... but we got an emergency call."
Gyuri nodded quietly before she stared at her phone as she was notifying her friend that it would be difficult to meet her the next day since she won't have the strength to. Gyuri bit her lip as they were nearing the school as she was super worried about the two. He stared at the parking lot as the pair made their way out of the car as they dashed their way towards the rooftop. Jungkook made it clear that he was almost there as Gyuri was making her way first up to the rooftop. There were students gathered around the exit as she advised them to stay away so that they wouldn't hurt others.
Taehyung managed to make them all stay away so that Gyuri convinced him that she would talk to the students personally. She quietly closed the door so that there was space between Gyuri and the unknown student. She had her arms out so that it shows that her hands are empty, and it was a sign that she wants to talk peacefully.
There was no specific lighting that helped brighten the dark spots of the rooftop as the moonlight was the only light that helped brighten it. She wasn't too sure of who the student was but she carefully asked quietly, "Are you okay?"
"Don't come near me."
She knew instantly who it was as Gyuri took a deep breathe as she replied back as she tried to make her way closer to her. But, the student took a step back towards the railing as she replied back carefully, "I know...don't try to feel like you're alone.. you're not."
The distance between the two was so close but was mentally too far. There was a shine of moonlight that was between the two as it was some sort of spotlight. She mentally knew that it would be difficult to shorten the distance between the two as she smiled gently so she can somewhat initiate some sort of calmness between the area.
The student stood quietly as she was at a loss of words since they both couldn't deny the heaviness that loomed over their heads. Gyuri had her hand out as she continued to smile warmly as she whispered carefully, "I'm here to talk with you, Sohee."
Sohee felt the tears still falling down carefully as she wanted to deny the fact that she was ever so involved with Sanha's disappearance from the ugly, bad world. But she knew that the guilty feeling was taking a tole on her body as she started to lose vision without her even knowing as her eyes got heavier as her position was faltering. Gyuri widened her eyes and yelled to get her attention, as Sohee's vision went blank. Black. With no words that she can explain her guiltiness.
