Taehyung groaned under his breathe as he finally arrived back to his own home. It's been an incredibly long day after he followed Gyuri around since she was always persistent on getting all the facts and checking them one by one. She was one peculiar character as Taehyung soon got tired of walking around with her. He called Jimin and Jungkook over so that they can all drink some beer and rest before they have to head back to the station at morning.
The night got gloomier as the clouds were covering the sky instantly when he was driving. And now, it was pouring heavily against the land as the rain fell continuously without an actual stop. Taehyung stared outside the window with not much to say since he was quite intrigued with how much rain can actually fall. He remembered when he got the call for when Sanha's body was discovered by the security guard of the school. It was also raining heavily and darkly making the situation much worse than it appeared.
He was resting at home until he got an emergency call right when it took place. It was the same type of rain, and it's been a week since Sanha jumped and passed away as a result of his dangerous actions. He sat down on his couch as he changed into his comfortable clothes as he strummed his fingers against the couch as he rested his head against the back of his head. He also remembered what Junho said about the situation before he went off to his classroom.
The school was mysterious and seemed haunted like you would see in horror movies. But everything else was as dead as zombies as they shuffled out of class and went back home. Taehyung knew it would take more than a week to figure this case out as the superintendents were wanting him to quickly fold the case. They claimed that it would bring bad luck to their station if he kept the case open, but he knew it wouldn't be that easy now since Gyuri has joined the team.
The thunder and lightening both scared him as the power flickered as a response. He bit his lip and quietly closed his eyes to compose himself. Then a thought came into his head as he started to imagine himself soaked outside on a rooftop, filling himself into Sanha's shoes.
"I'm not happy."
Sanha proclaimed to his manager as he turned his head to face the other. Woojin blinked quietly before approaching the student as he rested his hand against Sanha's shoulder as he wanted him to rest a little. "What happened? Are things bad at home?"The other shook his head as he sighed again before he slipped away from Woojin's grasp to start cleaning up the closed shop. Woojin owned a chicken pub, and they decided to close the store early since there were rumors about rain falling heavily at midnight. He knew that the customers wouldn't want to eat the store at such a late hour when rain would be inevitable.
Woojin made his way over to the cashier stand as he started to count the money as Sanha continued to clean the areas. He looked back at Woojin as he continued to speak, "Nothing is wrong. I just don't feel that great."
"Maybe you need a few days off? Is that a request?"
Sanha started to laugh softly when Woojin joked to help lighten up the mood but it didn't seem to last that long. Silence fell once more on the pair as Sanha shrugged his shoulders when Woojin continued to ask if he was really okay. Sanha slipped his jacket on as he saw that the rain was sprinkling gently against the window, which signaled that he should probably head home quickly after. Or was a Saturday night, and Sunday night would be the night where Sanha won't be able to go home early. But, he knew that if the rain was to fall heavily where it might flood the streets, Woojin wouldn't be able to open the store so they unanimously agree to not open the store the next day.
Woojin passed a white envelope into Sanha's hands before he left as he smiled proudly, "Thanks for working nonstop last weekend. I know you had a test this week but you still managed to stay behind and help me clean up. I really need a new worker as well so that you don't be pushed."
Sanha shook his head and shoved the envelope into his backpack as he joked back, "Then I wouldn't get the pay that you offered probably."
"Or you might get a higher pay if you decide to help me train the newbie."
Sanha nodded with a laugh as Woojin patted his shoulder once more with worry as Woojin spoke up carefully, "If anything is going on, don't be afraid to tell me. After all, you did help me make this pub into what it is today. You are a minor but you don't touch drinks, and you do all the other serving. Let me be a listening ear for you."
They both stand at the door as Woojin planned to lock the store right when Sanha left. The younger nodded before giving a bright, noticeably-fake smile as he replied back with a cheerful tone to mask his sadness, "Thank you. That really helps. I'll see you on Friday."
"Stay safe, Sanha. You know that I really care for you."
"Thank you, good night. I care for you as well, hyung."
That was the last time that Woojin ever got to saw Sanha. Of course, he was so shocked and heartbroken when he heard of Sanha's accident on Monday morning and immediately regretted not opening the store on Sunday. If he had done so, then Sanha wouldn't have the reason to be found at the school during his usual shift hours.

I wrote this story in advance as I made fixes to it which is why I can upload this quicker than my stories. Thanks for reading the story, I think this is one of the stories that caused me a headache since the details need to be let out at different times without revealing what happens to all the characters. I'm letting you guys know that this story is dark and contains explicit details. Don't continue if you feel uncomfortable. Make sure to leave a comment and a like! Why do you think Sanha did it? Who do you think made Sanha do it?
