A/N: I am sorry that this is taking me so long. I have to get into a certain mindset so I can write consistently.

Also, I keep forgetting Stone's full name, so, here I am adding it lmao.
--------
The next few weeks had felt like heaven, even though there wasn't a whole lot of changes.

For starters, Stone still brought Robotnik lattes. Only difference was that there was a little heart on the top, and that Stone would kiss his head when he handed it to him. It made them both feel a sense of happiness and warmth.

Then there was the brief moments of holding hands, hugging, and small pecks on their cheeks.

But today, Ivo wanted to take it a step further. He wanted to ask Aban on a date. Of course, he didn't know how to, or even what was a date. He didn't know if he was meant to dress up super fancy and take him on an expensive dinner date, or if they could just go and eat then hang out and do something else.

The time was ticking before Stone would arrive to work. He needed some additional research on this topic so he doesn't mess up.

Ivo looked up ways to ask someone on a date, and although many of them were good ideas, he didn't feel like they were right. He thought he should do something punny, but he also didn't think it was his style. It was all falling apart. He needed to act fast in case Stone's love was fading.

He took an empty notebook and started brainstorming of date ideas. Of he had an idea, it may be easier to actually ask. He then googled date ideas.

Dinner and movie?
Too basic.

Mini golf and dinner?
Little less basic, but mini golf would only make Ivo more competitive.

Stargazing.
Stargazing.

It was brilliant. Robotnik quickly write it down along with a bunch of other things.

When he heard the door open, he closed his tabs and looked over. He saw Aban rubbing his eyes and smiling softly.

"Morning, Doctor," he said with a slight yawn.

"Morning, Stone," he paused, noticing the yawn, "It appears you didn't get the appropriate amount of sleep last night. What' wrong?"

Stone shook his head, "nothing too inportant. Just thinking of you."

Ivo's cheeks went a light pink. "Right. Well, I'm going to need a latte." He turned away.

Stone chuckled a bit at his reaction, "of course, sir." Aban started to walk away when Robotnik said something else.

"Oh, and are you free tonight?"

Stone looked at him. "Yeah," he paused for a moment, then asked, "are you asking me on a date?"

Ivo got really flustered. He looked at the agent, face red, "n-no of course not! I just...want to hang out. As a..uh..couple, Stone. Not a date," he mumbled the last few words as he went back to pretend to work.
