IT HAD ONLY been a day since Kya was back at Arkadia. She tried to keep mostly to herself, only hanging out with Raven, Octavia, and Monty. Everyone else was scared of her, or in Jasper's case, hated her. "All Arkadia security personnel, report to the main gate." A voice over an intercom announces. Kya looks up at Octavia as the dark haired girl stands.

"What now?" Octavia questions as the two girls make their way towards the gate.

"Is that-" Kya begins before Octavia cuts her off.

"Nyko." Octavia states. As the girls moved closer to the grounder they noticed he wasn't alone.

"Leave them alone. They're sick." Nyko growls towards the guards as they manhandle his companions.

"Hey, hey, hey. That's enough. Stop it!" Octavia calls, running towards them. Octavia turns to the guards when she reaches them. "The Chancellor told Nyko that we would help."

"You're one of them. You take them in." One of the guards states, trying to intimidate Octavia.

"Is that supposed to be a bad thing?" Kya questions, swinging her sword around. The guards gulp, looking at the woman in front of them. Her face still bruised up from the fight with Roan, even without the marks Kya looked deadly.

"I got him, come on." Octavia exclaims, grabbing ahold of one of the sick women. Kya places her sword in its sheath as she goes to help Octavia.

"I heard about Mt. Weather. I'm very sorry." Nyko mutters as they make their way towards the Ark.

"All Arkadia security personnel, report to the main gate. All Arkadia security personnel, report to the main gate now." Kya's eyebrows furrow as she looks up. What was going on now? It was almost midnight, she noted, as she looked over at the clock on her bedside table. Grabbing her sword Kya ran out of her room.

"What's happening?" Octavia questions as the girls run into each other. Kya shrugs as they run out of the Ark. Their paces quicken when they see a group formed around the front gate. Guns pointed at Lincoln as he holds knife to someones throat. "What's wrong with you?" Octavia asks upon seeing her brother as Kya and her move to stand besides Lincoln.

"Calm down, people. Farm Station, guns on the ground. On the ground." Pike raises his voice as Abby and Kane exit the Ark, guards following behind them.

"Lincoln, it's alright. Let him go." Kya's father exclaims when he notices Lincoln. Lincoln hesitantly releases the man, shoving him away as Abby storms up to Pike.

"What the hell do you think you're doing?" Abby snaps.

"What you didn't have the guts to." Pike replies.

"Did you arm these people?" Kane mutters, walking up to Bellamy. Bellamy's silence is enough of a response for Kane as he turns to Pike and Abby.

"Guards, take them to lockup now." Abby commands. Guards flood through the crowd, handcuffing the guilty. "Everybody back to your quarters. It's over."

"Nothing is over." Pike exclaims, stopping as the guards try to take him away. "We are surrounded by warriors who want us dead."

"That's enough." Kane snaps.

"No it isn't. Not even close." Pike begins. "Why don't you show us all what you let the Grounders do to you yesterday? Come on, Kane. I think that the people who are about to vote for you have a right to know."

Kane is silent for a moment before he pulls up his sleeve, showing the Arkers the brand he was given just a day prior. "It's the mark of the Commander's coalition. It means we are the 13th clan. It means we are in this fight together." Kane explains.

"No. It's what farmers used to do to their livestock." Pike yells.

"Right before the slaughterhouse!" Hannah chimes in.

"Sir, you should be on the ballot tomorrow." A new voice states, the man Lincoln had just had in a choke hold moments ago.

At the ludicrous idea Abby had heard enough. "That's enough. Take him away." People began chanting Pike's name as they dragged him away, but the person who was chanting the loudest caught Kya's attention. It was Bellamy. Kya stood, her eyes wide at this new revelation. She knew there were no good guys or bad guys, but she had at least thought they had always tried to do good. Now standing here watching Bellamy get dragged away, she didn't know for sure.

Kya had been feeling a whirl wind of emotions lately. While she lived in Shallow Valley her life was simple, she didn't have any family or old loves to remind her what she was missing or what she had lost. Waking up to the sick twisted news that Pike had somehow won the vote to be Chancellor, Kya thought she may almost cry, and that was one thing she hadn't done in a very long time. And now watching Bellamy walk through the gates of Arkadia covered in blood, the rage she felt was imminent.

"My God, look at them." Abby breathes out, Kane and Kya were close to thinking the same thing. Not believing the acts Pike had already committed as Chancellor.

"Bellamy, you okay?" Octavia exclaims, running up to her brother. If Kya didn't feel like she may kill Bellamy, she too would have been concerned. But she knew him well enough to know when he was hurt, and watching him walk through the gates she could tell he wasn't.

"I'm fine." Bellamy mumbles, not giving his sister much of an answer.

"What happened out there?" Octavia continues. Bellamy only ignores her, trying to move past her. They watch as Pike comes in last, a smug attitude written on his face. It made Kya sick.

"Lock it up." Pike comments as the gates close behind him. People begin to gather once they see the group enter, waiting for Pike to tell them what was going on. "Everybody, listen up." Pike begins. "24 hours ago you elected me your chancellor. Every action I've taken since and every action I will take will be to achieve one sacred goal. The creation of a self-sustaining, prosperous, and safe Arkadia. This morning on a muddy field our people paid tribute to those who have been taken from us by sending a message to the Grounders. This land is ours now!"

Kya's heart stops as she hears Pike's words. She could barely comprehend what he was saying. They had killed the grounders who were trying to protect them? Kya didn't trust Lexa, nor was she happy with Clarke at the moment, but Kya knew Clarke wouldn't let Lexa pull out of this deal. "Resist, and you will be met by force. Fight, and you will be greeted by death. Today is a new beginning. Mark it down, remember it, just like the Grounders will remember it." Pike continues.

"No wounded." Abby whispers. "10 against 300 and there's no wounded. How's that possible?"
