"WHAT'S WITH THE 'we're all gonna die' face?" Monty questions before realizing his mistake. "I mean..."
"I know what you mean." Kya mumbles. "Bellamy should be back by now."
"Hunting parties go radio-silent. It's nothing new. What else?" Monty questions, falling Kya as she walks away.
Kya shakes her head. "I just feel useless. I'm stuck here in case anyone needs a cut bandaged, supervising the backup plan when I should be going to the island to make Nightblood." Last night while Kya was making the list, Clarke and Abby found out that Luna was healing because of her nightblood.
"Kya, you're not a geneticist." Monty tries to make the blonde feel better.
"Neither is Abby." Kya replies.
"Yeah. Well, they have Raven. Genetic code, computer code. They'll figure it out." Monty continues like its not a big deal.
"Monty, I'm serious." Kya states, stopping in the center of Arkadia.
"So am I." Monty nods. "If Jaha's right and Becca created Nightblood there, they'll find her records, and all they have to do is reverse-engineer it from Luna. Everyone lives."
"If they can get it done before the radiation gets here." Kya mumbles, glancing around camp.
"I guess we better finish the ship." Monty exclaims as Riley, one of the people Bellamy saved, walks over to them. "Riley, how's it coming?"
"We're on schedule here. We should have the radiation patch up before dark." Riley reports to them.
"See? One less thing to worry about." Monty comments. All most like some god was spiting them, it begins to rain.
Kya's eyes widen as her mind immediately goes to black rain. "All right. Everyone inside, just like we practiced. Go." Kya yells.
"Jasper! Come on!" Monty exclaims as the run into the Ark, Kya turns around to see Jasper slowly walking towards the Ark, like he doesn't even care.
"Jasper, what are you doing?" Kya screams.
"Can't live your life in fear." Jasper smirks.
"Run!" Kya yells.
As the rain starts falling Monty and Kya begin running towards Jasper, but they are held back. "Monty, you can't. You can't." Harper exclaims, grabbing onto Monty.
"Jasper! Let me go. No!" Monty yells as Jasper begins choking. He falls to the ground, wrapping his hand around his throat.
"Kya, what do we do?" Harper questions urgently.
"The sky is... falling." Jasper gags out before he starts laughing. They all let out relieved sighs when the notice Jasper is okay, except Kya.
Stepping out of the Ark Kya begins walking towards Jasper. "Kya, what are you doing?" Monty yells, but it's too late. Kya's reached Jasper and she's already slapped him.
