"HEY, STOP. I'M unarmed. I need to talk to whoever's in charge." Monty suddenly appears, holding up his hands. A grounder walks over to him, grabbing him by his shirt. The grounder pulls him over to Echo before pushing him down on the ground in front of Kane and Bellamy.
"Is Kya alive?" Bellamy questions quickly. Monty's slight nod is enough to make Bellamy want to cry.
"Speak." Echo commands, walking over to them.
"One of our people has moved out of formation. I've reason to believe he's trying to kill your king." Monty tells her.
"Why are you telling me this?" Echo questions, confusion written on her face.
"Why do you think he's telling you this? He's trying to stop a massacre." Bellamy speaks up.
"Who is it?" Kane questions.
"Riley." Monty states.
"Riley?" Bellamy exclaims. "He shouldn't even be here."
Monty nods. "That seems to be the consensus."
"Yu en yu, kom ai. Taim na bants." (You and you, with me. Let's go.) Echo orders, jumping on her horse.
"Wait!" Kane yells. "If our snipers see archers on the move, they'll open fire. Tell her!"
"Those are our orders." Monty confirms.
"I will not allow my king to be assassinated." Echo snaps.
"He doesn't have to be. I know Riley. Let me come with you. I can stop him." Bellamy speaks up.
"Do you think me a fool, Bellamy?" Echo questions.
"You'd be a dead fool if you step out of this kill box without me. Use Monty's radio and let Kane tell them we're working together to find Riley, and they'll let us pass." Bellamy tells her.
Echo nods as a grounder tosses her the radio, she hands it over to Kane. "This is Chancellor Kane."
"Sir, are you all right?" Sergeant Miller replies immediately.
"Listen to me. Bellamy's working with one of theirs to find Riley. You let them through, understood?" Kane questions.
"Copy that." Sergeant Miller states. The minute the words left the radio Echo had it snatched out of Kane's hands.
"Hon daun off em chain." (Take off his chain.) Echo instructs before turning to Monty. "And put it on this one. If I'm not back before the sun goes past the trees, kill the hostages."
"So much for building trust." Bellamy mumbles as Echo pushes him forward.

"Where's Kya?" Octavia exclaims, running into the med bay.
"She's over here." Niylah announces, leaving the room so Kya and Octavia can have some privacy. Octavia's eyes widen when she sees how badly Kya is hurt.
"Octavia?" Kya questions, her eyes fluttering open. She had been in and out for a while now, never fully able to keep her eyes open. "What are you doing here?"
"After I told you about Bellamy I waited for you at Polis, but you never came. And then I saw Roan's army leaving and I knew something had to be wrong." Octavia explains, brushing some hair out of Kya's face.
"Is Bellamy okay?" Kya questions.
Octavia frowns. "I don't know. When I got here some people had told me that Clarke and some of the guards went to stop Roan."
"I-" Kya begins, but is cut off when Niylah walks back into the room.
"Octavia. There is a man here asking for you. He says his name is Ilian." Octavia's face scrunches in confusion as she looks from Niylah to Kya.
"Kya, I have to go, but I'll be right back." Octavia mumbles, standing from Kya's bed.
"No, Octavia. Take me with you." Kya speaks up, attempting to stand up.
"Kya." Octavia mutters. "You can barely stand."
"I'm going to get up, you can either help me or you can watch me crawl." Kya exclaims. Octavia rolls her eyes at the blondes childish behavior. Nonetheless Octavia wraps her arm around Kya's stomach, careful not to hit her wound.
"C'mon." Octavia mumbles as they pass Niylah. "Thank you, Niylah."
"So who's Ilian?" Kya questions as she limps down the hall.
"He's this guy I met in Polis." Octavia explains as they enter the hangar bay.
"Where is he?" Kya mumbles, searching the room for Octavia's friend.
"Oh, no." Octavia breathes, glancing at the computers. "Kya, we have to find him."
"Why, what's going on?" Kya mumbles as Octavia begins to drag her into the hall.
"Ilian's family died because of Alie. He hates technology. You didn't see him in Polis. He was on a mission to destroy tech. He probably followed me here." Octavia explains.
"Octavia." Kya begins, her heart beginning to beat fast. "This entire ship is tech. We need to get to the server room."

"Stop." Kya yells as they bust into the server room, she had to lean against the wall as Octavia walks in further. The pain from standing too long was beginning to get to her.
"Ilian, no." Octavia exclaims as they watch him raise his torch from the gasoline spilled on the ground. "Whatever you do here, it won't bring your family back."
"No one needs to die. You should leave." Ilian states.
"Please. The engine room is right below us. If it blows, you'll destroy the whole ship." Kya speaks up.
"That's the idea." Ilian mumbles, both girls eyes widen at his statement.
"I was a prisoner on this ship. I hate this place, but now we need it." Octavia tells him. "Ilian, please don't do this."
"Were you in the City of Light?" Ilian questions.
"No." Octavia shakes her head.
"I was." Kya exclaims, moving to lean on Octavia. "I saw how happy people were, but it was fake. None of it was real, but this is. This ship, the people living in it are all real. Please don't do this."
Ilian is silent for a moment before he speaks. "I have to avenge them." With that he lowers the fire to the ground. The room quickly goes up in flames as the servers explode. Both Octavia and Kya jump away as the room is engulfed in fire.

The fire is still raging when Octavia wakes up. Coughing, she calls for Kya. "Kya. Kya?" When Kya still doesn't wake up, Octavia sits up noticing Ilian. "What the hell are you doing?"
"Making sure you and your friend don't die." Ilian states, picking up Kya and Octavia.
"I have to find Kya." Bellamy mumbles as him and Clarke run into Arkadia.
"She was in the medbay." Clarke exclaims, her eyes widen when she sees an unfamiliar man carrying out Kya and Octavia. "There, there."
"Kya, O." Bellamy calls. He runs over to both of them, noticing Kya's unconscious he takes her from Ilian. Once ahold of Kya, Bellamy turns to Octavia. "O, you okay?"
Octavia nods weakly as Clarke helps her walk away. "Bellamy." Kya mumbles, beginning to wake up. Kya's eyes widen as she turns her head noticing the entire Ark engulfed in flames. "No. No." Kya begins to whimper, tears streaming down her face. "It was Ilian. We tried to stop him."
"Clarke-" Bellamy begins as Clarke runs over to them, grabbing ahold of Kya's hand. Before he can continue an explosion sounds as the Ark breaks, crashing to the ground. They all watch with tears in their eyes as the fire burns their home. Fire, cruel and destructive.
